I was eating there and found out that Mr. Wahad, who served me, was very unfriendly not only with me but also with other customers, as if he were the boss! I'm not used to it as a long-time customer of Burgerking. Such people give Burgerking a bad image, which is a shame.

Highway fast food. Very average but I'm not a fan of burgers. For the price (quite high) the quality is mediocre but it's like in all "Burger King" (I imagine, because it was a first for me). You have to pay for toilets despite the fact that you eat in the restaurant. I wrote to BK customer service but they simply replied that they would pass my comment on to the appropriate department. A few weeks later, I asked them if they could give me feedback but they refused. It gives the impression that they invite their customers to provide feedback but in reality they don't care!

I then went back to the place where they brought me the burger that had been warmed up in the microwave and only had a strip of bacon on it. The 3 stars are only there because the restaurant is very clean otherwise it would have only been given the minimum 1 star.

It wasn't busy and we still got the wrong burger. Instead of the bacon burger with double meat, a soggy cheeseburger. Unfortunately we only saw it when we unpacked it at home. The fries were also soggy, which has never happened to me before at Burger King. The employee at the checkout was bored and didn't understand us at all, or didn't want to understand us, so we had to repeat everything three times. No wonder the order went wrong. We've lost our desire for Burger King today...

Burger King is new in Kölliken Nord where there was previously a restaurant. Drinks can also be bought at a small bistro. According to me, the renovation made the whole thing smaller.
