20 minutes of waiting... to arrive home and found that half of my order was missing. Back on site the employees did not take me seriously, even bordering on disrespect. I had to raise my voice to make myself heard. Except that once we got home the Burger and the fries were almost frozen. In short, this is the last time you will see me. You are a truly incompetent bunch.

I came today at 10:00 I had 779 points. I had a cheeseburger which cost me 500 points but it didn't pass. When I went to tell the cashier, she couldn't find the right one despite the QR code that was in front of her and told me to go get a new cheeseburger on the coupons. Honestly it's for a cheese but in principle it's really not cool and in the end I lost 500 points for nothing. Too bad we can't put 0 because I'm very unhappy.

This is at least the third time my order has been messed up. I come relatively often, or rather I used to, but the last time I ordered a few snacks and 2 double BACON King to take away. Ironically, when I get home I notice that there isn't a single piece of bacon in any of the sandwiches. It seems like we're making fun of our own customers. EDIT: “Positive experience?” You haven't even read the comment you are responding to. Additionally, do 2 stars represent a “positive experience” in your eyes? It's way too mediocre. Now it's clearer than ever that you're taking the piss out of your customers.

We love Burger King Charmilles, the staff there are quite friendly , the food is tasty, they have plenty of space for eat in with friends and family. Special mention also for kids play area . Also being in planet Charmilles gives us comfortable parking which is great convenience for us.

The only time I eat at fast food restaurants like this is when I’m not in America cuz America does it all wrong! The wife and I stopped in here because it was right across the street from our hostel and we wanted something quick. We went in the front door and were surprised to discover that it was connected to a shopping center. There was a lot of seating and it was clean everywhere! We used the touchscreen to order the steakhouse burger and a cheeseburger, paid there also, and took a number and sat down. In just a few minutes one of the staff arrived with our burgers. 🍔 Wow! We did not expect them to be so big! We had to delay going out to dinner after that. Spent about $23 on just the burgers but I don’t regret it. You get what you pay for and it was worth it. There’s a play center there for kids that was in full swing.

This Burger King is very dark. It feels a bit like eating in a cellar. The burger menus are small and there isn't much choice.

I remember the Burger King when it was located on the bank and at that time, a treat, which cannot be compared with the current qualities which have taken a hit.

2020 = Better 2023 we visited this establishment several times. Most often for ice cream for children. Unfortunately, many times the ice machine is out of service. Today the same thing happened. So the children decided to have the cheese and bacon fries. Unfortunately, they didn't have a fork to eat them but a spoon! More cappuccino........ The service is borderline respectable. I just want to point out that I am a huge burger king fan. But, frankly, go a few more kilometers to find another burger king that will serve you better.

After receiving a COLD order through just-eat, I left a negative review. I was contacted by BK and was very surprised to receive a voucher which fully compensated my order. I was well received, and on site the order was ready very quickly and perfect. So there you have it, if you want a good bruger, there it is, but don't have it delivered until they have improved their packaging! Thanks to BK for the responsiveness and compensation, it's rare enough to make it clear.
