We had reserved weeks in advance for Sunday for 6 people. The phone call was very uncomfortable for our friend because French is not her native language and the clerk didn't make any effort to understand her. Despite our friend repeatedly asking if he understood everything. Unfortunately they simply forgot our reservation.

Disastrous service! Neither friendly nor efficient (22 minutes to be served a coffee!!!) Slow speed as customers stream through, one thing after another. Says any price. . Full tables not cleared for 40 minutes. The concept is very good, as are the products. But totally ruined by the service

Great welcome, relaxed atmosphere, wifi and socket for working… perfect to sit down and come and enjoy one of their homemade cakes and a good coffee (I tried the V60, Latte Golden and Chai Masala, faultless).

What a delicious experience we had at this lovely brunch! We opted for the avocado and salmon toast, as well as the ham and cheese croissant. The avocado and salmon toast was simply exquisite - the avocado was perfectly ripe and creamy, combined perfectly with the thin slices of smoked salmon - a divine combination! In addition to the amazing food, the atmosphere of the place was cozy and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning. The staff was very attentive and friendly which made our experience even more pleasant. In short, this brunch exceeded all of our expectations and we definitely recommend it to all food lovers. We can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious options!

Best find and one of the best Coffee in Geneva.

Honestly very good, no more banana available but the waiter was able to find us an alternative for a sweet treat. The only downside, the terrace was not very clean but the quality of the products makes us forget the negative. I recommend to anyone who wants a good brunch

This cozy cafe is my favourite. All of the staff, in particular Mireia, are very friendly. The quality of coffee and foods is also great.

Very nice place, I recommend for lunch or weekend brunches, they are one of the few cafes to offer Dark latte (charcoal coffee)😍 The staff is great! If you go through Pâquis I advise you to take a trip there without hesitation!

Best coffee in town! Let me tell you why, because they are not doing it for the money. Owner himself is a coffee enthusiast and just watching him preparing the coffee is satisfying. Highly recommend this place if you are also coffee enthusiast or else you can have a coffee at starbucks and won’t understand the difference.

Breakfast for two, cappuccino and croissant, good but not exceptional, but the service and "friendliness" of the staff leave something to be desired.

Third time here and third time the reception was much too stressful.

A perfect cafeteria for a delicious breakfast. We tried the avocado toast and the coffee, and everything was delicious. The staff is very friendly and the place is very cozy. The price is around 20 francs per person.

The hot chocolate was rich and velvety, the croissant was perfectly flaky, and the avocado toast was fresh and topped with flavorful salmon. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place!

Coffee and croissant were good. However the attitude of the staff is unbearable. I’ve been to this place twice and won’t come back. This is Geneva and there are plenty of places with nice coffee and pastries and nice staff. Also, you should make sure you read all their “rules” written on their board before you are told off.

Good coffee. You can’t use laptops on low tables (It’s written small on the board!). Unfortunately, the staff didn't inform me in advance. They seem more focused on their excellent coffee than being welcoming, not the best experience for me.

Missed out on the pancakes since they only serve 'em on weekends and we dropped by on a Thursday. Heads up, kitchen starts at 9AM, so we grabbed stuff from the counter. The croissants and cinnamon rolls hit the spot! If you've got a sweet tooth, you'll love the cinnamon rolls. Coffee was on point too. Cool place overall. Just wish they had the kitchen timings and pancake info on their website. Checked it before heading over and was kinda bummed about missing out on the pancakes.

Very aggressive guy at the counter. When asked if they had decaf he aggressively said no and as a typical men went into a discussion with a pregnant woman on what she can consume or not. Really disgusting to treat a customer like that. Everybody can decide for themselves what they will or will not drink. Food was also disgusting the avocado was brown. They don’t clean tables.

Terrible and very expensive coffee

The Filomena quickly became a cult place for the Paquis. Mounir is a true conductor who listens to his customers. Very good service, very good products, this is their recipe.

I used to come to this cafe quite often because coffee was good, pricy but very nice. One day, I was kicked out just because I was with my laptop. They did not even serve me anything and invited me to leave because “no computers over the weekend”. Not a fair treatment of a client! Nowadays this is unacceptable. I’m not coming back.
