Incompetent….. they are just rubbish…… they don’t answer the phone, they can’t tell you where your order is in fact when they answer they don’t even ask you what your order is, they just tell you the delivery guys are bets They arrive soon and 15 minutes later still nothing while the order is already more than 20 minutes late than the latest announced time…….. bravo bravo bravo in terms of incompetence you are at the top of fast food. Hello, I am changing my note, I had food poisoning since Monday March 4 while eating a veggie. In another fast food store I had the same problem with the veggie steaks. There is a big problem with veggies and I don't know what yet..

Ordered two burgers, fries and 20 nuggets via Ubereats. Goods arrived after 1 hour 30 and totally cold. In addition, 10 nuggets were missing. My telephone intervention was not responded to. Conclusion: thieves, never ever again.

Almost no cheese in the cheese/bacon fries. We pay for the extra cheddar in the hamburger but each time there is only one slice. And almost no sauce. If you run out of cheese, there’s Migros right downstairs! And we received a plain waffle even though we ordered Nutella. Fortunately the waiter was nice and added a nice dose of Nutella when we pointed this out to him. This is the last time we go to Renens.

Incompetent staff!!!!!! This is not the first time I have ordered from BK and every time I expect something to be missing. For an order of 60.- in addition (including 2 menus only) the prices are scandalous but then at least be kind enough to put everything in the bag before sending the delivery!!!!! I'm disgusted, Burger King steals from me at least 2.- every time I order while forgetting certain things.

What to say…. First of all, the price... Exorbitant, at this price some restaurants offer service and coffee. The fries are cold, the cheese barely melted. Overall it's really bad. And as in air transport, the slightest extra costs. It’s a shame that negative ratings don’t exist because it deserves 0 or less. Bottom line: expensive, bad.

An almost cold burger, not even warm, the mini slices of gruyere not even a little melted, the reason is simple, the slice of ground steak is barely warm as well. I'm not a fan of the sauce flowing everywhere, here it's correctly loaded, on the other hand, I only have this sauce at the bottom of the burger, it would be better if it was at the top, the time for the sauce to flow towards the bottom, that’s logical, right? Otherwise, a staff in funeral mode can help you get indigestion, not too scary, but almost, the funeral wouldn't be too far away. When the number was announced, it was facing the kitchen and not the customers. We are all equal, it's just that some are hearing impaired, screens are also useful only as decorative elements. Apparently gloves are no longer required in the kitchen.
