Burger King Restaurant in Baden

Sometimes they forget some to add some food and you have to ask

I ordered the vegetarian Long Cajun Burger. When I wanted to eat the burger to take away, I realized that it wasn't a Long Cajun Burger. The burger was packaged in a “veggie Whopper packaging”. However, the pattie was made with meat! It's a shame to serve "veggie burgers" with real meat shortly before 2 a.m. I have never received meat even though I ordered meatless food! Of course you avoid Burger King and MC Donald, but when you get ripped off like that on very rare occasions, I wonder how often you are served supposedly meatless food. Disgusting, disrespectful, waste of money!!!

SERVICE disaster! They take way too long for everything

Too slow, there were few customers and the food took so long, Vallah, we waited at least 40 minutes just for a king junior and the food was cold

The toilet is now opened by the staff, button on the counter. The toilets are clean. Everything was ok in the evening, service was quick. If you just need ice cream, you can get it straight away. Last time the service was bad. // One BurgerKing is the same as another. This has the advantage that it is not overcrowded. I like to eat my burger here because I have peace and quiet. Since it's not overcrowded, the burger is prepared fresh every time. We often meet here before going to the cinema, so the location is ideal.

This Burger King offers surprisingly high quality burgers, freshly made and full of flavor. Located right next to the train station, it's perfect for quick, tasty meals on the go. The quality of the burgers far exceeds expectations

At the table next door, people were smoking a stupid disposable e-cigarette while MINORS were sitting at the table, which ruined my entire appetite! The staff boldly walked past it without saying anything. Was my last visit when not even the staff cared about the health and safety of the guests! The health department wouldn't be happy about that either.

A nice, large outlet of Burger King which is close to the Baden Bahnhof. It is spread across two floors and it allows to order ahead via the app. I felt the service was a little slow than other outlets, even though there were not many customers. Not sure if it because there are a lot of online orders.

Service and food disaster!!! Fries cold, unfriendly employees all rude from the woman to the one Spaniard. Waiting 20 minutes to eat was a shame!

Not particularly high expectations, but more of a dingy Burger King. Hardly found a place to sit because all the tables, benches and chairs were covered in crumbs. McDonald’s is now on a completely different level of service.

Every time I come here I have to return my order, it is served cold. and something like that doesn't work at all! am here for the last time. The cheese was served as if we were eating it from the fridge COLD.

Overall, my visit was satisfactory, but I give you four stars with a small deduction. First of all, I have to praise the friendly and attentive service. The staff seemed well-trained and willing to answer my questions and customize my order to my liking. The service was efficient, which is especially important these days when we are often short on time. As for the food, the taste and quality of the food was great as expected. The burger was juicy, the cheese was melty, and the fries were fried to a perfect crisp. Burger King has definitely lived up to its reputation for delicious fast food options. The cleanliness of the restaurant was remarkable. The tables and floors were spotless and the staff ensured that the dining areas were always kept tidy. This contributed to a pleasant atmosphere in which to enjoy my meal. However, what leads to a star deduction are the sometimes longer waiting times. There were moments when I felt like my order took longer to prepare than expected. This could be frustrating if you are in a hurry. Overall, my visit to Burger King in Baden was pleasant, and I will definitely come back. With some improvements to waiting times, you could increase your customer satisfaction even further.

Hot food, always fresh and very tasty.

We have been here as a family several times at BK Baden and have been satisfied every time. The employees are always nice, helpful and behave professionally, even when it's busy. Food always comes hot, and if something is missed, it is delivered without comment. Unfortunately, we have already had to experience this elsewhere (BK Spreitenbach for example = ice-cold burgers and extremely rude employees). We'd love to come back :-) About the ambience: BK = Control C + Control V. It should look the same in every BK, so nothing special. But BK Baden is clean :-)

What is missing is a children's playground 🙃

Normally I have been able to enjoy very good crispy burgers in BK Zurich. Today I ate the worst Crispy Burgef in BK Baden!! It was neither warm nor crispy! Afterwards I had severe stomach pain! Never again!!!!!!!

My companion is almost blind. He wanted to order his food at the counter. This was refused. He was sent to the machine. He can then pay at the counter again. There was no support despite the fact that he almost couldn't read it. A pity! It's probably corporate culture at this company. It has happened in other restaurants in this chain, even when there were no guests.

I got the food delivered relatively quickly and warm and after that I went for a power nap when I got up in the evening. I was very nauseous and had a lot of stomach pain The hygiene would do because it tastes good but is pure dirt

It is already known that Burger King has a bad reputation for hygiene... the food must be really bad if two friends have complete diarrhea after a short time and not a little. How are you supposed to eat this dirt? You should offer people food, not stomach problems. This hygiene problem must be brought under control and made edible. We spend money on it and at least expect better quality in a country like Switzerland.

I usually walk out of this Burger King mostly satisfied. Unfortunately, today I wasn't even allowed in, even though I was there 10 minutes before closing time. I actually wanted to get something take away. I don't think it's okay that they lock the doors so early. Then I'll just go to McDonald's, what a shame.

I'm talking about the Burger King in Baden next to the train station. The food is not the problem, the problem is that the employees don't wear gloves while working. Especially when making burgers, you should at least wear gloves to ensure that no bacteria appear in the burgers! I find it really disgusting. They also don't have any water available. Every restaurant should have sparkling and still water. However, that's not so bad in my opinion. The biggest problem is really the gloves!!!

OVER LUNCH THE STAFF IS OVERWHATED AS A LOT OF STUDENTS STORM THE BUILDING. YOU CAN TELL IT IN THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD,👎 I WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR 2 LARGE FRIES. WHAT DID I GET? FRIES THAT HAVEN'T BEEN FRIED TO THE FINISH... FOR THE THIRD TIME ALREADY. Pity, that shouldn't be. NO GO👎

We had to wait over half an hour for our 4 burgers (with few people), which were only just lukewarm. The onion rings should have been baked longer and as if that wasn't enough, they ran out of iced tea at 7:45 p.m.... It was the last time I was at BK in Baden - a real shame for the chain!

The service is super slow, I think the guy who was at the bar was his first day on the job, I'm hungry and I had to wait more than 40 minutes to eat.

Generally a good BK. But the Coke (Fountain) is AWFUL. Not once (in many years) have I gotten one that had an OK amount of bubbles in it.
