Burger Lounge in Crans-Montana

This is simply the best burger you can find. It is juicy, comes with great sauces and customizable. I tasted cumin and sage in my burger. Not sure whether it was in the sauce or in the meat, but it was very very nice. You have option to take single or double burger. I had single and it was enough. Double might be very messy to eat.

I was disappointed with the burger we had with 12 people and none of us liked what we ate. With more than 450.- tickets not even a coffee offered. TOTAL disappointment!!!

One of the best burgers that I ate. We are often going with my girlfriend. They once forgot fries in our take-away order. This Saturday I remember and told them, they gave it for free with a little bit more than usual, gesture much appreciated 😊 We will come back soon !

The best restaurant in town. We went with Vlado and definitely a lovely place. Would repeat for a perfect dinner.

The place is quite special, you should start by going down the stairs after the main door because upstairs there is another restaurant. 😙 Nothing to say about the burgers, excellent! The place is cozy despite being quite restricted and small.

Amazing Burgers for an affordable price. Big juicy burgers. They also have vegetarian options. The place is in the basement of a fancy Brasserie, so not the best, although really nicely decorated. But if you go there is for the burgers, not the views or the interior design.

One of the best value for money in Crans-Montana, the whole family found that the Bergers were very good!

Good quality products but very poor service. Only profitability. They leave you standing at the entrance for 15 minutes without even offering you a drink. Although we had booked and after an hour they bring you the bill and tell you to leave because there are the following. Detestable behavior to make maximum cover. In addition, the price is exaggerated for a burger where you are not asked to cook it and a portion of fries is really too small.

I do not recommend this establishment. To flee. Failure to follow basic cooking rules. The heart of the meat bun was raw. (photo) Minced meat to perfection, the waitress told me. They invented names making food poisoning more trendy. The chef, who by the way is the boss, had nothing to object to my complaint. They still charged a double beef that was inedible, not returned and not exchanged. Otherwise the burger is tasteless and the bread looked bad. I will never set foot there again.

One of the really first class burgers. Fresh products, delicious meat and crispy fries. The whole thing is rounded off with fine spices and sauces. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. Gladly again.

It is important that you book in advance because the restaurant is in high demand. The burgers are excellent, they were the best burgers I have eaten, I even think I will eat my classic to savor this taste a second time. In terms of price it is quite expensive 15fr a single burger 24-28fr a double burger without fries after which we are on edge Montana too. There could also be more choice on the menu

Most likely the best burger in town! The bread is crunchy outside and soft inside. Good idea on adding avocado to give freshness. Nothing to say about the restaurant style and service. All good! Really recommended if you want to have a burger.

We arrived without a reservation despite the restaurant being full, they made sure to find us a table so that we could eat, the burgers were really delicious, surely one of the best burgers you can eat!

We called the restaurant at a late 9:00 p.m. To be precise without the belief that there would be room. We were told there were some. Once we arrived there the waitress received us like dogs, there are no other words for the unpleasant tone and the undrinkable attitude of this young lady. Then she placed 9 of us on a sofa. I would clearly have preferred that she told us that there was no room rather than trying to make us eat huddled together on a sofa which is used for an aperitif because eating a burger on a table is based on It's not really great! It’s such a shame because I think it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. But honestly as long as she’s here I don’t think I’ll set foot again.

The bun for the burgers was slightly hard and crusty, I don't know if it's because we ordered early as we were a group and we only had 1 hour for lunch as the meat was good and the service was cooked .

We were served super friendly. We were particularly pleased that the dog was welcome and was even given water (even if he didn't touch it) ;-) The burgers were phenomenal!!!! absolutely TOP price-performance ratio. We only found the size of the portion of fries a bit tight for the price.

Bad experience, the menus are not complete with all the ingredients, in fact my sandwich did not specify the type of sauce and ingredients. Inept waitresses who didn't understand the problem and instead of listing the ingredients simply told me that that sandwich "was very popular" (objectively I don't care...). I had to exchange my burger for my girlfriend's and pay the bill, without even an apology. Be ashamed of the service and fix the menu. Learn to work properly or you will close like many other mediocre restaurants in Crans.

It’s a nice place. Food is good, especially burgers and a salad with falafel. However, the service is sometimes slow. As well as that the desert options are very limited.

Very good burgers and excellent sauces for sides... If you like spicy I recommend the sauce they make inhouse and if you don't like spicy definitely try the aioli... The vibe is also pleasant and the staff are sweet and polite...

Tres bonne formule , simple menue limitee et bonne qualitee , jolie decoree. Bravo toujours pour qualitee constante. It is about time to reconfirm that quality is allways there ! The interior space is discreet, and extremely cute. The burgers we ate were delicious, as were the fries with their little Provence herbs. The price was a bit of a shock compared to UK prices. But the quality was worth the price. The service was also excellent. In fact the staff were running around like blue arsed flies, yet they were still smiling and chatting to everyone.

Very good burger! I come back to it regularly. I just don't think the fries are great, but talking to friends, they think they're great, so it's a question of taste. (My opinion: they are overcooked, so crispy and fatty exterior, and empty or almost empty interior, and a little too much spice as well)
