Burger Station in Saanen

When the food truck opened in Château-d'Oex, the hamburgers were of great quality, the potatoes were on point and the service was spectacular. It was the best hamburgers and potatoes. As time went by, everything got worse. The potatoes look cooked and only taste like oil. There are never 2 portions of chicken to put in the "big American" or the staff often don't know that you can change the burger from beef to chicken. At the trailer near Gruyères, we tried it once, we placed the order, we waited in the car, when we went to see if it was ready, the employee told us that there was no chicken for our hamburgers, 20 minutes of waiting for it to come without hamburgers. Unfortunately we gave up going to the burger station. Because it was always a disappointment. I give it 2 stars just because at first they were very good, at this point it doesn't even deserve one star.

Very good burgers. On the other hand… fortunately I came several times, because this evening, the 3 burgers were not the ones I had ordered, the fries were not salty and overcooked and no mayo ketchup which is normally included. However, I was waiting in front of the truck! The 2 boys were nice but should be better prepared and have a tool to open the pickle jars! 😉

Excellent. I agree 100%! The hamburgers are super good, the bread and the meat are delicious! The fries are very crispy. The young woman who was there last night is smiling, friendly and helpful. She surrounds us with music! I would definitely come back because it was really good 😋

Fries are great but the burgers are better at Wally’s. I give it a bad rating because their led light is too strong and it blinds me when i drive by.

Very good burgers! Quality is top!

Very good burger overall. Decent size, good bun, correct ratio of meat to toppings&sauce, great taste. Good fries. Prices are rather high (compared to US) but this is Switzerland! My only quibble is that the meat was a bit too cooked - I understand it is a matter of food safety with ground meat, and that burgers can't be served medium rare, but this felt more like well done than medium/done.

Very good burgers with different preparations. Very friendly cook who was willing to give me credit because of difficulties with card payments. Then it still worked. A nice way to take good burgers home with you.

Really delicious I tried a Mexican type and I tried an Italian one, which was nice and the meat was fresh

The best burgers in town, happy to see some one serving different variant burgers at a reasonable price. They stall stands just next to the famous bakery. Burgers are awesome, and the fries are the best.

Good service and tasty burguers. Our favorite was the American with fries.
