Great burger and fries I am very picky about burgers because there are many that are not of good quality. But here I was surprised: the burger was super good (the selection of sauces was simply great, something for everyone) In addition to all the fresh "seasonal" vegetables (salad/carrots/cucumbers/beetroot etc) the menu includes fries and a drink. The fries were great. Seasoned not too much, not too little. Added to the burger is the friendly staff.

I was here for the first time this afternoon. I finally managed to visit the highly praised BurgerChuchi in Winterthur. All employees were very nice, well-positioned and helpful. The boss personally explains the order options to me in a friendly, short and understandable way. For CHF 20 I got a burger with raclette cheese, with a sauce of your choice, with vegetables of your choice and all in bread of your choice. French fries and a drink of your choice were also served. With 10 minutes ahead of the big rush, I was lucky and found a free seat at one of the few tables. I was totally surprised and happy that there were even knives and forks on the tables. I like a good burger, but I can never manage to open my mouth wide enough and I hate the inevitable drooling. The plate with my order looked very nice, the burger piled high and I was looking forward to the first bite. The burger was very tasty but unfortunately cold. The reason was all the chilled vegetables. Unfortunately, the patty was quite dry and the spicy BBQ sauce wasn't spicy at all. I was quite disappointed after so much praise. It's also incomprehensible to me that people get their vegetables from wholesalers when they pride themselves on regional products. There is a vegetable market practically on the doorstep every Tuesday and Friday.

Burgers are delicious and not pricey. 18 francs for a menu and kids love it. Seating is also quite pleasant.

The employees are nice and helpful. The selection isn't that big, but that's okay. There is something for every taste and you can decide quickly. The quality of the meat was very good and the vegetables were fresh. There are a few small tables for guests who want to eat on site. However, the space is not that big and the tables are filled quickly. What was decisive for me to only give 4 stars is that I found the burgers to be quite expensive. A tip is also requested if you pay by card. In my opinion, this does not suit a self-service restaurant. You almost feel bad if you don't tip. But since the quality of the burgers is really good, I will go there again.

One of the best burgers in Winterthur. The meat pattie is quite different from usual burgers, but it tastes delicious. The fries are crispy and comes with a nice seasoning mix (salt and herbs).

Incredibly good burgers! It's pretty crowded at lunchtime, but it's worth the wait!

Good burger. But. Yes there's sometimes a but. It is not the place, it is not the food. It is not the guys. Some of them looks great. This is not the management or who can say... Employees. It is something in the atmosphere. When someone is interacting with clients, they are like they don't like the customers or the job or whatever. I came like 3.4 times. And always the same. It is like they're fed up.

We were overseas guests staying at EMMA opposite. Enjoyed the burgers with added raclette and bacon. The Chuchi burgers all have a premix of beef, pork and chicken in them. Great topping of salad in the burger and the buns were just nice. The set consisting of the burger+fries+drink was value for money. Friendly female staff at the cashier and the male staff cooking the burgers when we went in the evening just before closing. Although google says they open at 10am, the burgers are only ready at 11am. Good experience sitting outside to eat. Although they were almost at closing time, they allowed us to order and eat outside. The guy closing up outside did not rush us and we did our best to finish up before he completed getting everything inside.

At BurgerChuchi the name says it all. You enter the restaurant and find yourself directly in the Chuchi and are greeted by the very friendly employees. You can put together the burger yourself quickly and easily. What I particularly like is the large selection of fresh ingredients (beetroot, rocket, etc.!). The food and the team are great. Clear recommendation for all burger fans.

Fantastic burger shop that knows how to present itself. Great variation, perfectly grilled patty, crispy bun and great sauces round the whole thing off. Delicious burgers to put together yourself. A great principle! Because everyone likes something different between meat and rolls! Delicious sauces, vegetables, meat, vegetarian and vegan to choose from. As extras there is raclette cheese from the raclette pan and bacon on top. All regional products. The meat tastes great and I was also impressed by the vegi burger. Dear staff who are happy to explain everything. The only thing missing is some vinegar pickles for the icing on the cake 😉

One of the top burgers in all of Switzerland. Juicy, flavorful patty and beautiful sauces. French fries are crispy and flavoured well. The critic point is the burger bun. It's not warmed up but rather served cold, which is a disappointment. They pretend to warm it up on a medium-hot grill, but it doesn't do anything. If you want to warm it up for real, you need to sautee the bun in clarified butter/olive oil. Pricepoint is good as well, menu for 17chf including a drink and fries.

Tried it today by chance and wasn't disappointed. Delicious fresh burgers with many different ingredients of your choice. Raclette poured directly onto the meat. The fries were crispy, hot and well seasoned. We didn't miss anything.

Guaranteed to be one of my top 3 burgers ever! (and I've already had a few ;-) Great crispy bread and then a huge selection of fresh ingredients and sauces for the burger. In addition to the burger meat, I also had bacon and raclette cheese 🤤. The fries have a delicious seasoning. The interior is small but comfortably furnished. We will be back!

Menu is great! You try something out with the burgers and try not to be standard. Different sauces and special ingredients make the burger really tasty. The menu for 15 francs is really good value and only slightly more expensive than other fast food. I can recommend BurcherChuchi to everyone!

In our opinion, a pure burger chuchi should also offer a special burger or a special burger patty just like a conventional burger cheese. Friendly service. The only thing is that the room is poorly ventilated, which means that when you come out you smell like a burger. :-)
