Thanks to them, I have been a customer for a long time but this is the first time I have come alone with my grandsons! Everyone played the game of service, cooking, etc. and they want to come back! This is the fourth generation

We don't go there often, but when we decide to go, we know that we will be well received, that the service will be perfect, the atmosphere will be friendly and that the cuisine will be delicious. We leave satisfied. In summer there is a magnificent terrace which has just been redone with a resplendent view.

Good meal, welcome and friendly service, not excessive prices, good view of the lake, who could say better? for my 67 today I couldn't find better thank you...I recommend..

Excellent menu and lake perch fillets (at extra cost). Table on the terrace in the shade of the house, it was cold.

I have been to several restaurants in Switzerland and really on rare occasions, that is, I have rarely come across an establishment like this... Starting with the reception, we couldn't find the reservation and they left us standing there waiting for a good time without even trying to find an alternative or solution until we finally found the table we were assigned. We waited a long time for the main dish to finally have a bad dish, filets de perche accompanied by very bad French fries and steamed vegetables at an additional cost, why didn't they want to replace the garnish of French fries with the vegetables, these vegetables seemed defrosted from the previous day, without any seasoning and with an unpleasant taste. The drink, Spritz, was poorly prepared. And something unexpected happened with the service, the waitress did not want to bring the drink to the table that one of us had ordered because we simply had not ordered it at the time she wanted it and now we had to wait until she could or wanted it. take it to us and on two occasions, somewhat aggressively, she said her reasons why she didn't take it... that is, it was asked at the wrong time for her. The person who had ordered said drink, almost at the beginning of his main course, must have taken it when he was about to finish it... Totally incorrect equivalence between quality and price. It's a shame because of the privileged location in which the restaurant is located, on the shore of the lake.

Never disappointed, excellent perch fillets, friendly service, magnificent setting at the small port of Tannay, waterfront terrace, the desserts are also excellent with special mention for the strawberry mille-feuille (to be reserved when ordering!)

Yeah, This restaurant loses quality over time. The staff borders on insolence when you call to book. The portions of perch fillets are ridiculous for the price. The server was overwhelmed. There were six of us with starters, main courses and desserts, and they didn't even have the courtesy to offer a digestive. The perch fillets were OK, nothing more. This restaurant is very successful and they live on their assets. We came for the view but it's not enough anymore, I won't come back.

Magnificent place, simple but elegant decor without fuss and nice bistro area. Efficient staff. The fillets are very very good despite a slightly high price. I recommend this place without hesitation, we go there often and it is very regular, both the service and the cuisine. Ask first if the Lake Geneva perch are there!

La Buvette lives up to its name both for the cuisine and the service but not for the conviviality. Error in taking the order, 1st plate of perch fillets drowned in lukewarm, almost cold fries. The 2nd smallest but still under the fries. Sad presentation without creativity on the plate. In summary, the price of CHF 42.- for a two-plate service seems exaggerated to us compared to the result. The place is more suitable for having a drink on the terrace, the proximity of the lake makes it the only charm. Stephane and Marie

Too bad I have known this restaurant since 1995! At the time it was great welcome, top notch kitchen service!!! During my last visit to please my partner we opted for the two-course poles!!! The Sommelière did not know the good local white wines, just like the art of service obviously not of the trade!!!! Very hard bread, good perch but in very small quantities 8 fillets per service, very thin and overcooked fries! A pot of tartegnin!!!? 117 chf!!!! Too bad Master Jean-Marie

Really not very friendly welcome, drinkable white wine but nothing more. A dead fly in my salad... The perch fillets can be counted on the fingers of your hands, luckily there are fries to fill the plates. The price ? It borders on indecency for what it is... Never again.

Trying a dessert at 8pm, sitting on a bench near by the restaurant. The lovely waitresses allow me to do this while I was needing a quiet time there. A huge thanks for their adaptability.

8 perch fillets (small and not from the lake) a very small green salad, overcooked fries with a leftover mussel in it! an espresso and 2 small glasses of rosè = 50 balls The only positive point is the setting.

arrived at 11am, took precautions because of a wheelchair! no help getting to the table (reserve) waiting until 12 noon no contact not a glass of water, an aperitif or anything else, no nothing. Other customers arrived after us and already served. Finally order perch fillets from the lake ok, after another wait it's fillets from Poland!! disgusted!!!

One of my favorite place in great company, to eat Filets de Perches, view on the water front, great selection of wine. Not to be missed mille-feuille aux fraises.

I have been to this restaurant several times and have rarely been disappointed. But tonight it was the combo; a service which was not the most pleasant, 8 perch fillets on the plate for an amount of 40.-. I don't know if there was a desire to mask this with the fries spread on the plate. The glasses were cleared before they were finished. I'm not saying not to go there because on the contrary it's a very good restaurant with a magnificent view, with which I have rarely if ever been disappointed, but I hope there will be an improvement on that.

Very good cuisine, beautiful terrace

Came here by chance for a family meal by the lake, we were pleasantly surprised in every aspect (and I really don't understand some of the opinions). Very good meal, the home fries are excellent and the clarity of the origin of the perch fillets is to their credit). The tartar, starters and dessert were all appreciated. The only downside is that the rosé and white could have been fresher... but given the heat, that's hard. Otherwise the setting is very nice, we eat almost with our feet in the water, without noise from the road (and the planes pass far away), looking forward to the port work being finished. PS: the server was discreet, very friendly, fast, nothing to complain about.

The quality is good but the portions are very small and the price is reasonable. The fillets of perched child at 15.- arrive with 4 fillets… so my w Fanta was still very hungry. So we started with an adult plate (no other options offered by the not very pleasant waitress) So 47.- for a 7 year old child… In any other restaurant in Switzerland the portions by weight are the same price but normal portions. I'm not coming back. Really very disappointed.

A waterfront terrace at the port of Tannay, excellent service and very friendly staff. We ate very well there, a nice choice on the menu, there was something for everyone. An excellent address by the lake, to be repeated without hesitation.

A very good place to eat in peace by the lake, almost with your feet in the water with a view of the lake and the Alps.

Fabulous filets des perches from Lac Léman (Geneva Lake) and strawberry millefeuilles that is out of this world. It is so popular that you hv to reserve before you start your meal! Will come back!

This is a small restaurant where they serve excellent, fullfilling and different ‘plat du jours’ each day. I like to go there and ask for plat du jour because, it is always sth. Different and they generally have French style heavy but delicious sauces, and the fish is cooked very well. Even the delicate fishes are well treated 😀. They are not overly cooked. Fillet de perché on butter is made very nicely. I recommend it. Amongst the deserts, I don’t recommend panna cota.

Very nice restaurant. Perch fillet and dumplings with crayfish sauce, very good. Impeccable service. We had a bit of a wait and to apologize he offered us a very nice pitcher of rosé. I really recommend it. And if you like hunting, a large choice of dishes on the menu.

This restaurant is myth! Our favorite if we want to eat by the lake. We come 2-3 times every summer to eat filets de perches, the house specialty! Served with very fine crispy fries and afterwards a mille feuille with strawberries - simply delicious and always the same for decades. The waiters have been working here for many years and the service is friendly and professional. Isabelle, the boss, manages the restaurant with charm. A plate of Filets de Perches from Lake Geneva now costs €39... That's why they're something special!

I am told that as I took the menu I am only allowed 2 scoops of ice cream with a stale cake But what a horror Just make some money It's sad to see establishments like this fortunately for them there are many foreigners who say nothing so why change their way of being.

An idyllic place, charming, attentive and “caring” staff, specialists in perch fillets and other fish and a must when they are from the lake. Enough to have an excellent evening.

Great location overlooking the lake. Otherwise it's more of a snack bar. At two o'clock on Saturday there's nothing left to eat. Also no cold alternatives offered. 4 EUR for espresso + parking fee. It's not worth it.

Apart from the price there is no difference between perch fillets from Lake Geneva and those from Poland.....

I'm calling to make a reservation, it's full. We are going to have an aperitif, and there is a table for us: a curious welcome. But we shouldn't have insisted: congruous portions, small perch fillets, few in number, slightly hard fries and served sparingly, all for a hefty price, more expensive than elsewhere on the lake while less well served ... All that's left is the edge of the lake itself - if you're lucky enough to have a table nearby (the work won't last forever), but it's too expensive to pay.

I waited for a table but left before sitting down because the elderly blonde lady with short hair made me feel very unwelcome.

While we sat there, the waiter, a old grey haired male forgot about us and had to remind him several times to bring the salad. Also turned his back to us several times as we tried talking to him. The food itself was good but will not be coming back due to that waiter. When we tried to pay, we split the bill and at first refused to add .3 for some reason. Also for the first time in my life, I got charged for the tartar sauce when I ordered filet de perche.

Great discovery. Varied menu. Excellent perch fillets. Parking a bit small. Several varied rooms. We will come back when we reopen on March 2.

Apr 22 Has the potential to be an idyllic location when the port is finished. The menu is sensibly limited featuring filets de perches but also other alternative options. The standard has been high every time we have visited over the years. We will return.
