An excellent restaurant on the ski slopes where it is a great pleasure to stop there. From the outset, we understand that the place is busy and that it is necessary to reserve to have a place. Dishes to make you salivate, meat, cheese and even a daily menu. For us the choice was made very quickly. Beef steak with these homemade sauces..... A treat. The meat was tender, flavorful, lightly seasoned. Truly a delight! Vegetables and fries were also served with that. A beautiful wine list accompanies everything and we had the pleasure of tasting an old vine Pinot noir from the hill of Daval. The service was good despite some nervousness on the part of some servers. But the smile and kindness of these ladies quickly made us forget certain disappointments. Honestly, I'm a fan..... This is the 5th time I've come to this establishment and I congratulate the managers and staff in place. Want to thank you and see you soon

We had some drinks, once outside once inside (when it was snowing) and it was very pleasant.

I usually prefer to take the necessary distance before leaving a review on a restaurant. However, this experience deserves immediate attention. An attractive setting, an attractive menu, a well-stocked cellar... but a service bordering on catastrophic. Being pushed up for an additional guest, despite a call two hours earlier to adjust the number, is frankly average. And what about those 40 minutes of waiting before you can even order? Quite deplorable. When we try to place an order, we are told: “With only two people in the kitchen, we have to slow down.” As if getting a simple aperitif had something to do with the number of cooks (insufficient in fact)… An eternity later, we were finally allowed to order. But oh surprise, no more stone available – the irony, knowing that it was our reason for coming. It happens, of course. However, seeing pierrades arriving at other tables, subsequently installed, doesn't go well. Smell the scent of grilled meat even less. 3 p.m. strikes, our order arrives. It’s visually successful, but our ski plans fell through. Plain pasta served cold, a charred royal crust, and despite aesthetically pleasing salad plates, this does not make up for the exorbitant wait or the dismal reception. We won't come back again.

A delicious starter salad, although its simultaneous arrival with the main course is a shame. The cheese crust was OK but nothing more, accompanied by excellent wine, in a magnificent setting with very friendly staff. An overall pleasant experience.

Cheese crust that remained on the stomach: very salty, overcooked cheese and bread as hard as concrete and long wait to be served. Nothing royal except the name of the crust... to end up sick! NOT RECOMMENDED

I didn't expect to have so much fun on the ski slopes. The food is prepared with great care, delicious and the service is very cordial. A place worth the detour. Accessible for pedestrians at the intermediate cable car stop.

A very pleasantly decorated place, a warm atmosphere and attentive staff. A diverse menu, cooked with passion by a talented team. An excellent wine list. The service is incredible, attentive, helpful and competent staff, something rare and very appreciable these days. The boss is hands-on and will welcome you in a very professional manner. I strongly advise you to make a reservation to be sure of having a place.

Restaurant completely empty on a Sunday lunchtime, 5 tables maximum with customers... We were refused because we didn't have a reservation. This after a 1h30 hike with the children... It's really making people laugh and very sad, especially since we are locals.

Quick stopover to drink a hot chocolate. Table service, fast, friendly. Homemade desserts. Traditional dishes. Wines. There were people there for a Monday lunchtime. Clean toilets. Deckchairs outside. To discover because my experience was very limited

Onion soup of the day at 17.-! we find this to be an exaggerated price. At the top the soup of the day is 8.50 and the goulash soup 9.50

We stopped to quench our thirst. We sat on the terrace and were served by a very nice lady. Even though this young lady was stressed, she always had a smile and that did a lot of good. As there were a lot of people, the atmosphere was nice. For a break, this restaurant is really recommended.

Very good mountain restaurant! The menu is rather limited but it has the advantage of highlighting fresh and local products. The plates seem small at first, but we struggled to finish them, because the cheese crusts, for example, are very thick... Gourmet children can enjoy half plates. There is a small play area perfect for parents to enjoy an aperitif in peace... Room and kitchen staff at the top!

It offers typical dishes from Valais - Switzerland - at 1800m with a pleasant view of the Alps. If you drink beer instead of wine the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, Swiss wine is quite expensive, especially the good ones The restaurant - a classic mountain hut - is the starting point of a "walk" up and among the trees in total safety, fun for the younger ones.
