I had the pleasure of discovering the Buvette du port de Crans with a magnificent view of the lake. My meal was a real delight! I ordered the mushroom crust and the peach return, and I was not disappointed. The mushroom crust was incredibly flavorful, and the fish was fresh and delicious. The fries that accompanied the dish were simply excellent. The whole experience was really enjoyable, with a lovely atmosphere and attentive service. I highly recommend this place.

The service resembles the place, relaxed and friendly, with students and "seasonal workers" (normal for a restaurant closed in winter...), but nevertheless efficient. The best memory I have of the Crans refreshment bar in 30 years. And at CHF 300.- for 6, the prices are reasonable considering what we were served. Thanks, we’ll come back!

The amount of hummus was such that we didn't have enough foccacia, so we asked for more. Without any discussion and always with a smile and promptness they brought some back to us. We were contacted several times by different servers who inquired about our well-being and our needs.
