We ordered through uber eats. It took 1h30min to be delivered 2km away and there was a mistake in the order. Do not order.

We ordered via Uber Eats and we were very disappointed, we called and explained that it was not at all the order we had chosen (very small sizes and monstrous prices) the waiter had nothing to do and did not try to find a solution to our problem. In addition we took the Italian fried mix, 29 CHF for 3 little things that come afterwards... quite frankly it's a steal. We await explanations from this comment.

You can tell it’s not the same as in the other « real » Luigias. I ordered a Lasagna, the taste wasn’t too bad but the lasagna was cold on the inside. It tells you everything you need to know.

Not recommendable. The waitress refuses service. You should go to the self-service machines. However, these are only for take-away. If you sit down at a table, a waitress comes and tells you that you are not welcome. The whole thing is very funny. No customer service at all. To eat. Very fat. More like fast food. Plus it's expensive for that.

Incredible gluten-free pizza. So good we had a hard time to believe it was gluten free. Saying that after 2yrs of researching every pizzeria in the area! A must visit!

I didn't know it was possible to serve such terrible dishes in an Italian restaurant! 21.50 for a small bowl of fried squid, 18.- for a plate of burnt vegetables, 25.- for dry and stuck spaghetti carbonara… I will never go back.

A dish of the day at 29fr for 3 meatballs and a little rice and cauliflower....after a first try where I was served 5 tortellini for 21fr...where is the generous Italian cuisine.. .. Unfortunately not here...

I place an order on uber eat pasta dish, to start the pasta is extremely hard! Inedible! Then I make it clear that I would like cutlery because I have nothing available... no cutlery, no salt! How do I eat with my hands? Already the pasta is hard I contacted a waiter who told me he was going to contact me again nothing! What a bluff! I paid 38 francs for a dish of hard pasta, it’s unacceptable sloppy work on orders! It's because I have no other choice to give 1 star but sincerely you deserve no stars!

A reference Italian restaurant in Geneva, inevitable. In a magnificent setting

Simply fantastic! One of my favorite places to go to for Tiramisu! Pizza is really good, but better variety at Luigia!

We were offered a plate of vegetables for the dish of the day and suggested adding a little raw ham and burrata. So I took their suggestion. The vegetable dish cost 18.-, they never announced that the burrata and raw ham cost 32.- more…. So that made for a daily special at 50.-. Very mean of them to “omit” this large part which costs 2x as much as the dish itself. In addition there was no seasoning and therefore little taste. Really very disappointed.

The food at ByLuigia is excellent, I rediscover the Italy that I love so much through certain specialties like Suppli. A special mention to Tiramisù! Vincenzo, the boss, is very welcoming and very kind. Thank you 👌Layla

Highly disappointed with the byLUIGIA. I ordered a Margherita Pizza and I found meat on the pizza. I have informed them of this and they just replaced the pizza without even apologizing for the error they made.

I really like the food, always delicious, however I was a bit shocked that no one wears gloves when preparing the food, on top the cook who prepared my pasta was touching the pesto sauce with his fingers (without gloves) after which he licked his finger!!! I thought I will puke, it is not hygienic, highly suggest to insist on wearing gloves.

I order two pizzas and receive the ingredients separately… are you expecting me to make the pizza myself? Anything and what a huge disappointment.

Much, much, much too expensive and I emphasize a lot. Between 4 and 6 times the price of the same dishes in Italy, but not as good, so not really worth it. At this price I think it's better to wait until you go to Italy to eat its real food!

OK restaurant for a quick lunch

3 out of 5 rating is for the entire experience vs. the food. I decided to stop in one day for lunch when I was working from home. The restaurant wasn't busy, I was greeted right away, and everything was good. I put my order in for a pasta dish and this is where things went downhill. After about 30-45 minutes of waiting, I am told the pasta will take 10 more minutes. People who arrived after me have received their entrees and mains already. I assume my order was forgotten or something catastrophic happened and they had to restart the dish, maybe several times. In regards to the food itself, I don't have any major positive or negative comments. It tasted fine, but I was rushing to finish to get back to work, so I didn't really get to enjoy it. I have been to a couple other Lugia restaurants and the food has always been good.

It's a Luigia so there are no bad surprises. No moments of ecstasy either. I go there for breakfast: real espresso and cappuccini and cornetti -croissants- perfect!

We got sick the same evening when we returned. Food infection, I don't recommend this restaurant at all.

What we ordered was delicious! On the other hand, the service really leaves something to be desired... once our dishes were finished, the waitress (not very pleasant) never deigned to clear us... she walked behind us, ignoring us. After almost an hour of hoping she would clear us out and order dessert, we gave up and went to pay the bill.

A fantastic Italian restaurant, but the address is not correct in the website. It's only 100 meters distance far from the one it's mentioned, but for tourist without internet... Bit complicated!

Good food, amateur, moody service.

Walked-out after 30min of being IGNORED by staff. Arrived at today at 2.15pm. The gentleman with glasses showed us to a table in front of the bar, crammed between others, not accommodating to our request to sit on the other side of the restaurant where there was enough space for our stroller. Five minutes in, we were relocated to other side after getting up and telling him we were moving - he tried to stop us by saying there was a table of 16 on it’s way, I pointed to the table of two nearby. Once seated, the waitress in that part of restaurant refused to acknowledge our existence, refusing to make eye contact. Finally the table next to us asked for their coffee a second time, at which point she walked past shrugged her shoulders at them and without stopping ignored us again. This place has a great menu. Unfortunately after todays experience, we won’t be returning.

Aberrant and disappointing reservation system... I call at 11:15 a.m. to reserve a table for 12:30 p.m. I was told to book from the Luigia application. I download it and try to book but the times offered start at 6 p.m.... I call the restaurant back to tell them that I was unable to make my reservation and they tell me to come at 12:30 p.m. without a reservation because there will be room for a table of two. We arrive at 12:30 p.m.... and we find ourselves facing around ten people in the queue... we leave... This restaurant wasted our time....

Great location, food is nothing special, service is terrible, the blonde waitress is really not friendly.

We were very disappointed with the way we were treated by the waiter. We ordered 6 wraps and the waiter asked us if we wanted salad or vegetables to accompany, implying that it was included in the price. We weren't particularly interested in ordering anything else, but he made it clear that we had to choose between one of the two and so we ordered 3 salads and 3 vegetable dishes. When he brought one of the salads (4 lettuce leaves) and I asked him if it was the one that accompanied the piadina, he avoided answering me. When we saw the bill we realized that they were not included in the price of the piadina. We felt scammed. Never this place again.

Very happy to have chosen to spend an evening at ByLú. We were welcomed kindly and in a very professional manner. The waiter who served us was very nice, friendly and made us feel comfortable. Extra good. Pizza alla pala very good. We were very satisfied with this dinner. We will definitely come back.

I ordered a Foccacia and a steak, the foccacia was very very good nothing to say 10/10, but then regarding the steak it is shameful of you to serve such a small steak at 39 fr, which has no taste and which is no thicker than the sole of a shoe with 5 fries running behind it, in short no interest it has nothing to do on your menu.

Terrible service, situation to be reviewed

The dishes were good, a little limited in quantity. The setting is pretty, service rather quick. A little expensive, but still affordable for Geneva.

A desaster. Bar half empty and we waited over a quarter of an hour for 2 espressos. The waitress, snobbish and ineffective, absolutely pitiful. Experience to avoid.

Divine ! Arriving in Geneva around 10 p.m., a stone's throw from the city center, we entered without much conviction due to the late schedule, and without waiting more than a second we were already warmly welcomed and seated at a table. The servers were perfect and gave us very good advice. We had three pizzas and a burger. Service a little long, but the wait was very very very worth it. Pizzas with very large dough, crispy as you wish. Just perfect ! I have rarely eaten such good pizza. Very sincerely ! I recommend 1000 times. I'm going to work in Geneva for a few months and would definitely be a very good client. In France, a service like that would not have been possible.

Very bad experience. We found a piece of glass in the pizza that a friend of ours almost chewed. Upon our complaints, the owner thought it was enough not to make us pay for the pizza in question and one of the desserts we had consumed. Furthermore, the total did not correspond to what was requested at the time of payment. When we pointed this out, the owner, a certain Enzo, pointed out to us in a contemptuous manner that it was a small amount of stuff, but a little or a lot does not justify either the error or the methods.

A family dinner just before Christmas that we regretted. No one finished their plate: uncooked shrimp on a cold salad, no seasoning, a grilled octopus undercooked and almost cold, a very ordinary bruscetta etc… when we mentioned it to the waiter, it didn't seem not concern him. In addition, we were seated at metal tables intended for the outside without placemats or extremely cold tablecloths. So I cannot recommend this restaurant and we will not return.

Avoid, second time I went to this restaurant and always a lot of waiting with table service, the waiters seem not to look at you and what's more, I said it was my birthday and I'm came to celebrate there with a friend, Thursday 04/08. Not even a gesture from them (a small cake or ice cream with a candle) a little thing, it shocked me so much that I only have bad memories of this restaurant. The first time we were there was for the staff evening in December and also a bad memory, the service leaves something to be desired and the servers were very unsmiling. Finally to be avoided!!!! The best is to go to the real Luigia, much better

I had a fantastic dinner here- the pasta was very fresh and flavourful, beautifully presented. The tiramisu was very traditional and delicious. A highlight meal from my trip, would come back if I visit the city again.
