Café Bella Strega in Oberengstringen

I was really surprised today (many people have tried it there...without success...But now you are treated to a perfect Italian Expresso...plus there are fresh specialties (also available in small format)...and I immediately felt that everything was freshly prepared with a lot of passion and love!!!A true oasis of well-being and 100% recommended

The food is delicious and you feel like you are in Italy. Top service and extremely nicely decorated. You feel really good!

Lots of parking spaces in the center car park (7x24), cozy café-restaurant with very fresh and partly homemade Italian dishes. Large selection of desserts at the counter. Extension of opening hours can also be made upon request. We were 15 people for dinner from 8 p.m. We were thoroughly pampered. Thank you Carmela & team!

super good ice cream, but the coffee in an Italian restaurant could be a lot better. I will try the coffee again and leave a review later.

Good Italian coffee Service friendly and quick

We bought 15 pastas for the modest sum of 45 chf. Price is never an issue if quality accompanied the cost. This is unfortunately not the case. In the cream puffs we found a ganache without flavor or love. The cannoli cream was stale and flavorless, definitely a day or two old. The cannoli wafer was approximate, barely enough. The pistachio cream was hard and flavorless. Unfortunately, they boast of being Italian without doing it justice. Not recommended.

Super fine. I've gotten croissants several times and these are the best I've ever eaten. Crispy, don't fall apart, super tasty and very large for 2.50fr. It doesn't bother me that the employees don't speak German very well. Nice restaurant and very clean. If you were open on Sunday I would definitely come every week to get my breakfast. The negative reviews are certainly isolated cases.

Unfortunately I have to give a star at the beginning as soon as they open everything is good then as often happens the quality starts to lack, usual Italians who invest and then give up, lack of experience and professionalism!

The staff is 1A. Very nicely and specially furnished, and there is also a very pleasant atmosphere here. The drinks are very unique and delicious. It's highly recommended, one of the best local!

At the beginning of the week I was at Bella Strega and unfortunately I only had negative impressions. The service staff is unfriendly and doesn't speak German properly. Unfortunately, when it came to eating, they couldn't give me any information about allergies and so I couldn't eat anything. I definitely won't go back and won't recommend it to others.

Unfortunately very bad. I ordered two cakes, both were very bad, the price was too high!!! No taste, decorated with wood, my daughter almost broke her teeth!!! No more! I didn't expect such a catastrophe. Restaurant is very nice.

Great Italian coffee, everything is made fresh daily. The employees are super super friendly. A little Italianita in the middle of Oberengstringen. We come back!

We were only there for a quick coffee, but it was so pleasant and cozy that we were happy to let ourselves be pampered by the team and what was on offer for a longer period of time. Price performance was top and look forward to the next visit to bella Strega (little Italy)

Anyone looking for something Italian will find it here: very good espresso, fine sweet specialties, ice cream, a suitable bistro atmosphere and Italian is also spoken Very friendly service. Absolutely recommended!

The quality is very nice and the cups are very intense.

A beautiful cafe, decorated with a sensational style. EVERYTHING is freshly prepared and tastes delicious. The service is top! What more do you want :) Will become our regular place. Thank you for the opening - it was definitely missing in Oberengstringen.

It's a shame there's no milk drink like Ovaltine or hot chocolate. That would be great for the future.
