I wanted to get a lunch snack for the drive home, was greeted almost not and without “enthusiasm”. It was clear that the employee was stressed as a customer and I then had to listen to the fact that they no longer had this and that and that as if I had to beg to be allowed to spend my money or to use your services and the bread rolls are filled quite sparingly. I'm not usually familiar with rural bakeries.

Nice cozy local Cafe, with daily freshly baked breads and pastry. Bought bread for 5 days stay on obersaxen, and it taste great whether is toasted or eat it on its own. Limited English communication since it serves the local community, but appreciate the young baker who came to the rescue and helped to take our order. Thank you!
