Excellent French restaurant. We had the seasonal chasse menu (starter, main dish, dessert), and it was one of the best we've had in the Leman area. Instead of spätzli, they served the deer filet on top of a wild mushrooms risotto that was simply out of this world. They have a great selection of local wines and Bordeaux, including an incredible Pomerol.

Etant allé faire une petite excursion avec le "Lavaux Express" avec mon fils et mon épouse au retour nous avions faim, je lance l'app "TripAdvisor", ce restaurant à moins de 5 minutes de route sort du chapeau. Nous nous pointons à Riex où nous étions passé avec le petit "train", il reste quelques places côté bistrot.Le cadre du bistrot est constitué d'éléments clairement rétros, un présentoir d'anciennes cartes postales, un téléphone avec son disque pour la numérotation et ses cloches au mur, ses tables et sièges en bois, un tonneau trône au milieu: nous ne sommes pas au Lavaux pour rien ! Ça fait bien bistrot du village !Pour la cuisine, alors là nous ne sommes plus du tout dans du bistrot. C'est tout simplement une superbe découverte, les plats traditionnels sont sublimés. Une attention particulière est portée aux produits du terroir et aux produits originaire de Suisse (filets de perche de Rarogne ou Raron pour les germanophiles), saumon des Grisons... à ce stade il manque presque le caviar de Frutigen. Les papilles ont été en éveil tout au long du repas !Présentation des plats impeccables et service correct, je ne peux que conseiller cet établissement.
