Several forgettings, ice cubes, coffee. There is only one person to serve twenty tables and two rooms. The amount of rice and fries are ridiculously small. The food is mediocre, lukewarm. Too bad the restaurateur didn't play the game, it's not very professional. A dinner without particularly "romantic" decoration at our table and on top of that a welcome that was not very friendly and not at all warm. In terms of dishes, we were also disappointed: A green salad without really a nice presentation and nothing incredible. The cordon bleu was dry and way overcooked, which is a real shame. We were promised an unforgettable evening and it was a failure! The evening was rather one to forget! We won't come back!

Le filet avait été cuit à la poêle comme un poisson meunière alors que dans le cas de la palée à la neuchâteloise, le filet doit être cuit soit au court bouillon, soit au four, Le poisson était alors trop cuit, sec, un ratage de première classe!!! Et que dire de la sauce, elle était servie avec une julienne de légumes. La "vraie" sauce neuchâteloise est apprêtée avec du chasselas. de la crème, des oignons et des petites herbes ou, mieux, des câpres. La sauce doit être crémeuse et servie abondamment!En résumé: le cuisinier doit absolument revoir sa copie!Pour atténuer notre déception, on nous a offert les cafés!
