Café du Marché in Payerne

After visiting the abbey a stop at the café was necessary, it was too late to eat, but the homemade Payernois cake did the trick. We will come back this summer because the terrace must be pleasant and the menu too 😊

I was dying of thirst after working all morning and I went to ask for a drink of water, a bottle to take with me and she didn't have it so I asked for a glass of still water and she charged me for the glass of water. water 3.70 francs this person the boss is dishonest and on leaving I told her that fortunately not everyone was a profiteer like her, I strongly advise against this unhealthy place!!!!!

Following the Five Continents Festival and the “exceptional” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 closure of the café, the image I have of the boss is a racist image. In this day and age, doing this is a disgrace to society. Let her know that Payerne is mainly inhabited by the Balkan, Latin, African countries and then the Swiss. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Friendly place where it's good to meet. The most beautiful terrace in the city center! The owners are pleasant, friendly and have good ideas for entertainment.
