Café Floridita in Neuchâtel

Very pleasantly surprised by this café in the center of Neuchâtel. The dishes are very well cooked, tasty and well presented, with gourmet tartars and seasonal suggestions. The wines offered are excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is very friendly. Plus, it’s good value for money. I recommend !

My darling and I came recently, we didn't know, and we will come back! The welcome is really pleasant and the atmosphere very cozy. The sweet treats are delicious and presented with care, you would think you were in a grand hotel! It was really a nice discovery! PS: possibility of lactose-free drinks, it's great!

Small restaurant, well placed in the shade from the blazing sun and the heat, super friendly welcome, the cook happily comes around to bring the plates, and ask if the dish is suitable... I had the fresh vegetable ravioli...a must try...I will go back 🌞😋

Shrimp skewer with rice in a coconut churry sauce. It was overcooked and the shrimps were floury. The location, however, is good, on a side street away from the hustle and bustle of the market square.

Cozy bistro café that looks inconspicuous from the outside. The interior, the clear daily menu and the smells from the kitchen lead you to believe that you can count on solid culinary delicacies. Unfortunately, this is exactly why points are deducted. The food (Britchon Burger) lacks seasoning, the fries could use (more) salt. The obviously industrially pre-made meat patty was still very pink on the inside - which I personally think is OK, but others might find annoying. Unfortunately, the Saucisse à rotir didn't get enough of the grill that gave it its name and was on the lower level of the seasoning scale. A pity! The cafe scores points with its very friendly and attentive staff. The interior design is - as mentioned - surprisingly pleasant, simple and modern. The toilets are a bit old (the door to the men's toilet was stuck), but they are clean and clearly well maintained. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would like to thank the lovely staff!

A place to discover... I loved the “breakfast” formula consisting of coffee, orange juice and two toasts with butter and homemade apricot jam. For the sum of fr. 4.90! The waitress was very pleasant and smiling.

We discovered this place with my husband just this afternoon... What a discovery!!!! The food is delicious. The food is fresh and the dishes are absolutely delicious!!! The boss is so kind and caring. Fast and impeccable service. Happiness! We will come back to it very soon!
