Long waiting time However the food was very good

Very disappointed, I am a new customer recently! The last time I forgot my card so I asked for a new card and when I wanted to collect my stamps I was told no this is the previous owners but being a recent customer it's not possible especially since in December I wasn't going! I tried to discuss but the boss, almost aggressive and in a dry tone, didn't want to know anything... losing a customer for nothing I find this a shame! Especially for tampons!!! There is the art and way of saying or doing things and above all listening to the customer!!! After the chicken and good but not exceptional either!!
