They tried to make us pay 5chf for tap water even when our group of 7 all bought food/drinks. This puts a very negative light on the hospitality of Swiss restaurants. This place was awful. The service was completely unacceptable. We were charged 5 bloody francs for TAP WATER??? Then they did not give the right change back. They charged extra money because the ice tea was bottled, but did not mention this when we purchased the beverage. After all this they forget to make our overpriced panini! A panini, may I remind everyone, consist of a single piece of ham and bread. They were incredibly belittling and did not treat my lovely children who there well whatsoever ! This place is a disaster, and should quite honestly be shut down by the health company as the hygiene was unacceptable, and would not recommend, horrible experience.

Visiting for a weekend, we booked to eat on Saturday evening, the owner is very helpful, smiling and on duty, the burgers were just incredibly good, nice portion of fries, also very good, crispy! I recommend ++++
