A beautiful hotel with attention to detail

I recommend this hotel to relax in this magnificent region! ++ - great welcome - despite a little reservation problem, we were able to have a duo massage which was great 🤩 - Dog Friendly hotel. Bowl and blanket for our Loulou 🐶 in the room - beautiful room, with a huge bathroom, coffee, water and biscuits in the room - Excellent meal, great breakfast with lots of homemade or regional products — - small spa, lots of water on the floor, lockers in the changing room but impossible to understand how to close them. No bin for cups so cups are everywhere - nice place to have an aperitif at the entrance but too bad there is nothing to snack on

- Room: non-existent minibar... even if it is an accommodation targeting well-being, a refrigerated container of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks should have been made available. Instead: 1 bottle of water, 3-4 biscuits that are painfully chased after and a few bags of tea, infusion, etc. blah, blah what...; - Restaurant: given the menu of poetically highlighted dishes and the prices charged, one could expect a minimum of explanations on the dishes chosen by the service, but, astonishment required: absolutely nothing!! In addition, the presentation, the requests for cooking as well as the temperature of the dishes (lukewarm puree, etc.) are in no way up to the list given on the menu and the said service that we expect at the same time. !!!... Throughout the meal, the staff spies on you with pointed glances, probably betraying a patent insecurity, which makes the guests at the table extremely uncomfortable!!...; - ADDITIONALLY: astonishing observation when paying for the stay the next morning: we were charged two bills for two different meals, including the one which concerned the couple of customers sitting next to us!! To follow up on the said observation: no apologies from the receptionist, who, to top it all off, took this legitimate observation and rectification very badly!!! What's more, a very unfriendly receptionist... when we physically presented ourselves at the desk, she didn't even deign to get up to come and welcome us or even give the slightest smile!!! - In summary: absolute disappointment and non-recommendation of the places.

This unusual and modern hotel impresses with its style in the interplay of natural materials from the nearby region. You can tell that people were working with dedication and attention to detail. We found the underground car park very pleasant. After arriving we enjoyed the wonderful spa to ourselves. It was the highlight of my husband's birthday. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all kinds of comforts. We were delighted with the bed niche, where you feel wonderfully at home behind the roof beam. Likewise the enchanting details such as the cookies in the shape of a cow. The staff was overall very accommodating. We enjoyed the varied breakfast with local and homemade products. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay. We'll definitely be happy to come back.

We had a pleasant time. The room is magnificent, the welcome was very warm. The SAP is super good but it's a shame it only opens at 4 p.m. and a little water with lemon slices would have been great. If there are large numbers of people, reserving a time slot would be great. The full massage was carried out in a very professional manner, it did everything possible. THANKS

Unfortunately not accommodating. Of course we had reserved 2 rooms, non-refundable but there were still several rooms available at the hotel when we arrived. Our daughter was sick and couldn't come. From then on we no longer needed 2 bedrooms. But no gesture in our direction, the 2 rooms had to be paid. Booking again assured us that it was solely the hotel's choice to make a commercial gesture... or not in our case. No one warned us that lunch was until 10:00 a.m. only during check-in, however on the documents which contain the room keys it is clearly mentioned 10:30 a.m., we were there at 10:05 a.m. and we were refused breakfast. lunch. All these points make us say that this hotel still has room for improvement, we are frequent travelers and this is unfortunately an experience that has very disappointed us here.

Meal experience Saturday evening 18 quite lousy. Staff doing their best but clearly understaffed! Too much waiting and superficial service (by force of circumstances) Dishes ok. Menu little choice!

SPA: - Too many people and it would be good to set time slots per room instead of turning around. - Changing your SPA hours would be an excellent idea instead of rejoicing for nothing.

Brand new and magnificent hotel, we had an excellent stay. The rooms are spacious and very well soundproofed. The Spa is very good but small in case of high traffic, and the hours could perhaps be revised by opening all day. The breakfast room is also small to accommodate all guests, but all the products are fresh and excellent. The restaurant was magnificent and everything was very good, the service impeccable. Nicolas is very attentive and really very friendly. A big thank you to the whole team. We will gladly come back.

really nice bar, friendly staff, nice building, Just only drive into the garage AFTER you checked in, staff cannot open the garage from above. Room smells like cleaning detergent. Bathroom is nice and spacy, just no storage shelfs. I placed toothbrush and shaving cream on the floor. The closet is too shallow/low for hanging anything longer than a shirt. Breakfast is ok.

Great hotel very well located in the center of Les Paccots with bus stop right in front. Free outdoor parking or paid underground parking. Everything is new since April 2023. Spacious room with balcony, very comfortable bedding, modern and beautiful bathroom. Everything is very clean and all the staff are smiling, friendly, adorable and do everything to make you feel good. The Real-deal offer allowed us to discover this beautiful, brand new hotel and we will happily return. The breakfast is extraordinarily good and of high quality. The gentleman at breakfast is adorable, caring and keen to ensure that everything is constantly restocked. The 2 restaurants have merged, the 2 menus are offered in the main restaurant room with a view of the kitchens. And everything is really delicious even for vegetarians!!! Small points to improve: -The size of the breakfast room means that it is very noisy and cramped at busy times. -The SPA corner is really small too and should be open all day. Because by opening only from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. there were too many people at the same time even though the capacity does not allow it. Several people like us had to turn around and were not able to take advantage of the SPA all weekend even though we were really looking forward to it. -Soundproofing in the room; At times we could hear voices talking and laughing through the air conditioning. It calls into question our privacy if the sound goes both ways.

Perched on a mountainside, the hotel offers unforgettable views from its clean and spacious rooms. Admittedly, the most beautiful room we stayed in while in Switzerland. During our stay, the staff's warm hospitality and impeccable service surpassed all expectations. Roberto- at the front desk- attended to our needs and his genuine passion for ensuring a memorable experience made us feel like cherished guests throughout our stay. He suggested visiting Grindelwald which we did and loved as well! Oh and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous ! Lots of fresh goodies and homemade jams , we simply couldn't get enough. So, if you're looking for a place where the beauty of nature harmoniously merges with refined elegance and impeccable service, you won't regret staying at Corbetta.

The spa facilities look amazing. Brand new inauguration in June 2023. Locals are welcome during some hours during the day. Evening entrance to the spa is reserved for hotel guests.

Excellent meal at the Corbetta restaurant! The best restaurant in the region! The mixture of flavors, the delicacy of the presentation of the plate, the cooking to perfection, it's all there! This is my best dining experience! What a lovely discovery! We had the gazpacho with foccacia (I loved it! Perfectly seasoned!), Burratina tomatoes and strawberries (surprisingly good combination), vitello tonnato (yum!) and the beef tataki with truffle (yum yum yum!). In addition, the service is adorable, welcoming and fast. The wine we were recommended was also excellent. And the chef comes into the room to ask if everything is okay!! We can only recommend this establishment, go quickly and discover this beautiful place.

Very mixed experience. When we arrived in the room (under the attic), there was a very strong smell of sewage. We went to inform reception. The staff tells us that the problem is known without any apology. (Why continue to give this room to customers? very disappointing for a 4 star). The receptionist initially offered us the penthouse junior suite but finally came back to tell us that her colleague did not agree with this and offered us another room that was all in all correct and comfortable. The hotel has a nice little spa. The restaurant is very good with impeccable service but relatively expensive compared to the quantities which are small. Lunch is of very good quality with local products. Incredible service thanks to Catherine and Nicolas. Check out: don't ask us how the stay went. Being a resident of the town, I pay the tourist tax. Tells me he doesn't know but doesn't inquire. Subsequently, he tells me that I should have warned the day before because I can no longer remove it from the bill. So I had to pay it. In summary, a very nice hotel with good potential but no apology or commercial gesture was made towards us, which is very disappointing and does not encourage customer loyalty.

Magnificent hotel, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast very complete. The SPA is made up of a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a hammam. The restaurant is also very good. I highly recommend this hotel!

I only tried the restaurant. Good products and perfectly cooked, beautiful flavors even on classics there are subtleties :) Takeaway pizzas are also popular. Dish of the day at lunch: tiptop, good value for money! Smiling and friendly service. I was able to visit the rooms, which are very spacious!

The experience is that of an aperitif taken at the bar and a meal shared at the restaurant with 4 friends. The setting is very pleasant, the finishes and furniture are magnificent. Elegance and comfort are there. Freshly opened, the restaurant(s) are still looking for a bit. The initial idea was to create a space with more fondues and cheeses and another with more European cuisine. Finally, we can eat everything everywhere. Maybe it's not so bad. 😊 The cuisine is refined and the wine list offers some lovely specialties. The prices are consistent with an establishment of this standard, but not excessive. Everyone had a great evening and enjoyed themselves. We'll come back.
