It was almost chance that brought me here (Smartbox to be transparent) but what an excellent surprise. “Small” old brasserie style establishment. Certainly such a small menu but let's be clear, it's the fondue that is consumed the most. And by far. Was the fondue good? Yes 😋 Just like the starter and dessert. But what makes this establishment so special? The musical show when a fondue is brought to the table. Believe me, it has a little effect and brings a good atmosphere. In addition to that, I particularly appreciated the bottle of wine bearing the image of the establishment and I loved the bread rack. To discover without hesitation

Existing as a café since 1899, the place is one of the oldest establishments in Vevey. Very good fondue and good humor guaranteed. For those who go to Les Trois Sifflets, even if the restaurant serves all kinds of other dishes, the highlight of the show is undoubtedly the ritual surrounding the way the fondue is served. All customers present are notified when a fondue pot comes out of the kitchen, as soon as the few characteristic notes played by a fanfare sound.

Be careful, the formula is lost, I haven't been here for 2 or 3 years. The fondue was average not bad but not great taste of burning from the first piece, for the price we expect better

Coming from La Chaux-de-Fonds with a Smartbox voucher, we ate a cheese crust and a tartiflette. It is a very lively and welcoming place. The service is fast and the staff friendly. We spent a lovely evening in this unusual place.

What a myth this restaurant is located in a building dating back over 120 years. You are served a succulent fondue, with orchestral music in the background, a giant pepper pot and a huge flag. All with a big smile and a military cap. This folklore is very appreciated especially as the fondue is on par with the decoration and the prices are reasonable. Reservations recommended, this restaurant is still a hit!

Quirky restaurant but fantastic. We didn't have a reservation but were able to be seated at lunch. Excellent fondue delivered to you whilst accompanied by staff holding a large Swiss flag and with a massive pepper mill. Loved it. Very little choice for children if they don't like this type of food.

Tragic service We went for a business dinner a group of 14 and the waiter was telling us most of the main courses were not available and of we want we can leave and go to a other restaurant

We were the first ones in the restaurant. The staff were very accomodating. When your fondue arrives, they have a sort of ceremony complete with music and the Swiss flag. They will even teach you how to eat fondue properly. We ordered the fillet perch and the smoked sausage. The servings were plenty, good for two people. Very affordable price. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Restaurant closes at 3pm and reopens at 6pm

We chose this place for the fondue bourguignonne (advertised on their website and on a sign at the entrance), but they haven't offered it for some time. I had asked for special attention for my boyfriend's birthday, but unfortunately, they didn't take it into account, not even a candle on the dessert 😞 The salads arrived at the end of the meal, even though we had requested them as a starter. The service was not efficient at all, although the staff were nice. On the other hand, the fondues and papet vaudois were excellent. PS: I recommend this place for its authenticity I just hope the staff learn from their mistakes. 😌

In the month of August. We waited 2 hours before being served!!! the manager was not there and the staff did not know where he was...staff lost and not trained in catering. the dishes are good and nothing more. A priori, a big problem since the beginning of July. To avoid. too bad, because the concept seems good.

You have to like noise. If you want a quiet evening you should forget this place, otherwise you can go there without worries. The food is good, but some servers need to pay a little more attention to their condition before going to work because it doesn't really give a good image.

What a desappointment ! We had been told lots of nice things about a nice old bistro in Vevey. With friends we went to eat a fondue with 3 Sifflets, the specialty of this restaurant! The pitiful service, the minimalist aperitif board and, the customers and the owner completely tipsy if not more....not even a big one dog who was walking in this bistro! Almost an hour of waiting for a dessert and the same to get the bill! but who are we kidding??? But customers! People like us who discover new places and where we really take the customer for a C... Once is enough, we will never go back there again.

My husband and I have visited this restaurant 5 or 6 times. We have also recommended it several times for its special atmosphere to our guests from abroad. So, yesterday, we chose it without hesitation to go eat a good tartare. My husband ordered a spicy tartare. The dish served was a total failure as a cook: the meat was tough, bland, neither salty nor spicy, without taste. In short, this is the first time in our entire experience that my husband had to send a dish back to the kitchen. He informed our server that the dish was inedible. The waiter retorted arrogantly, “You’re the first to say it, sir! » and didn't even think to clear the plate from the table. It was his colleague who did it. No server even thought to offer another dish as a replacement. We were completely ignored by the staff until we asked for the bill. The 50% discount was applied to 2 dishes ordered: my roast beef and my husband's tartare. But the arrogance with which we were treated was extraordinary. It turned out that our server was the manager of the restaurant according to him. So my husband asked him to call the boss, Mr. Patrick Delannoy, whom we know as a very reasonable and friendly person. According to our server/manager, Mr. Dellanoy was not there, however, he was willing to call him. After a few minutes of absence, our arrogant interlocutor returned saying: “I spoke with the boss. You can pay nothing, but avoid coming back! ". Of course, we left and, of course, that was the last time we set foot there. The failed dish in itself could not have ruined our evening, but we have never encountered such lack of service and arrogance in any restaurant. The way the restaurant manager treated his customers and handled this situation is below par. When we mentioned that we would leave a negative review on Google, the restaurant manager replied: “You don't believe what you read on the Internet! "... It's absolutely fair: take with a grain of salt all the positive reviews you read about the restaurant "Les Trois Sifflets" on the Internet, with such staff, you risk being disappointed. It’s a shame, especially for the boss Patrick Delannoy, that such an emblematic place which takes pride in preserving the friendly atmosphere has not respected its own values.

If you’re looking for a traditional Swiss dinner, then stop by Les 3 Sifflets. This restaurant is where all locals go to when wanting the most authentic fondue. If you order the traditional fondue, they will bring out the Swiss flag and play music when bringing out the fondue. My husband and I had a wonderful experience and the staff were very friendly.

Great place to change the fondue. It comes in several and the one we tested with tomato was excellent. Served with potatoes as tradition dictates. Pickles come at a small extra charge but in large quantities. The atmosphere and service are friendly. The wine list is quite local, but that's enough for the fondue. The rest of the menu varies in quality to satisfy those who are anti-cheese. The tartare is pretty good but the perch fillets aren't great, even if they come from the lake.

Fun restaurant, not so expensive. Try out the Swiss Sushi, it's surprisingly good, especially the cheese ones.

If you are not a cheese lover, the smell of the place itself is... strong. Aside from that, the food is excellent. Affordable, abundant and fast children's menu. If you order a fondue they play a little music and they do a military act. You have to understand what the local thing is about. The fondue was good, maybe a little strong alcohol. The tartare is accurate and according to our guest's comment, reliable, since they never fail in its preparation like in other establishments where ordering a tartare can be a lottery. The meats cooked, well cooked and presented. Elaborate garnishes and the entire kitchen in its perfect state of both cooking and presentation. We had a special ice cream that was also very very very good. The music, perfect, relaxed and relaxed atmosphere.

A place to go for the show, when they bring the fondue pot, and for the atmosphere. Instead of the eternal platter of charcuterie at aperitif, you have to try the Swiss in Sushi, delicious hot "sushi".

But the cohort is accompanied by the march of General Guisan, hero of the Vaudois people. But get down to business: your bread and your fork. No more speeches if not cheers! Thunderous with wines worthy of the palate: Saint-Saph, Chardonne, Épesses, Yvorne and all the local Vaudois. Convinced? Book, it's better. Enjoy your meal and... HEALTH! The bill?
