Address found by chance on our way. We stopped there to eat a half and half fondue, with a generously garnished plate of dried meat. It was simply divine! The waitresses are more helpful and pleasant. THANKS!

A pleasant weekend at the Post Office Inn that we know. The rooms are simple but there is everything we need in this medieval village. The half board is very correct with a very good evening meal and a hearty breakfast. The staff is pleasant, helpful and smiling.

Incredible surprise! This magical restaurant nestled in the heart of the medieval village of Saillon is a culinary marvel! We ate the game and if the meat turned out to be perfect and tender, the pepper sauce was a star in the sky of taste contemplation of a perfectly executed dish. In short, we loved it!

Everything here combined to make for an excellent time: beautiful terrace under the plane trees in the magnificent setting of the old town of Saillon, excellent welcome - friendly and attentive without being intrusive, excellent food with generous portions (here a Bacchus fondue), perfectly accompanied by a superb red humagne from the Saillonin vineyard. The dishes are excellent and quality. It's not often that you find restaurants with such fine dishes. And this with very pleasant prices. The presentation of the dishes is also very refined. Very nice place, very nice location, at the heart of a beautiful village. The food is awesome too and the staff very nice. If you are lucky to go there on a sunny day you will enjoy a good glass of wine on the terrace. You can park nearby on the Place des Remparts or a bit further away on the Place Farinet.

What a wonderful little corner of French-speaking Switzerland...It is always so pleasant to come to the café restaurant de la Poste in Saillon...the welcome is pleasant and warm☺ the staff is friendly and smiling...😋 the cuisine of terroir is excellent, we can really speak of quality catering both in terms of taste and presentation of the dishes...the rooms are beautiful and they have all the comfort desired...and what can we say about the landscapes😍...don't pass without stopping...you would really miss a peaceful moment of happiness....ah one more little word in the evening you absolutely must make a passage towards the illuminated tower...ouhaaaa one of the most beautiful villages in French-speaking Switzerland... 😂 and no I didn't write under threat😄.....one more little word...what's really nice is that dogs are allowed...so as dog owners.. let us respect and ensure that we maintain such quality places ☺...enjoy your stay
