Really rubbish. I only have bad words for this place. Twice we wanted to take a seat but we were not “accepted”. The place they had because, everything follows after us, they accepted another couple! They leave us outside with our baby in the cold. (The baby was not an extra place; it could very well have been on one of us) Horrible really, I'll never set foot there again. NULL

The service attitude is very poor. A small bottle of water sold in the supermarket for 1chf cost me 5chf. I looked at the menu and ate at their house normally, and the drinks were cheaper than water. Finally, I bought a drink and was told that I had to drink it in the store and could not take it away. And to evade taxes, only cash is accepted. If you pay by card, you will be charged more.

Hello, I'm sorry to see that you don't seem to accept constructive criticism from one of your customers and that you don't even try to understand why I gave your restaurant a 1 star for the service. I would like to point out that my rating only concerns the service part of your establishment. Your reaction seems to demonstrate a lack of attention to customers, being rather accusatory and unlistening, which unfortunately reflects the experience we had with your service during our family visit. When we visited, one of your servers informed us that there was no pork on the menu, but we later discovered that was not the case. In addition, the behavior of this waiter left something to be desired and was not particularly friendly towards us. This is why I was led to give a rating of 1/5 for the service. I would like to point out that I have not broken any rules by leaving this review on Google, and there is no obligation to disclose my identity or leave a comment. However, I have chosen to do this in order to help you better understand the reasons behind my assessment before making accusations against one of your clients and calling me a "fraud". Unfortunately, your reaction seems to be in line with our overall experience of your establishment. Sincerely
