The Café Stenna, located directly at the valley station in Flims, offers an attractive ambience with cool furnishings. Despite the friendly service, there is room for improvement in the service: waiting times of around 20 minutes for drinks and 35 minutes for food, with an order not being carried out correctly, detract from the overall experience. The quality of the bagels was okay, but didn't stand out clearly. The outstanding feature of the café is its welcoming ambience. Overall, Café Stenna deserves four stars, with a clear indication that optimization is possible, especially in the area of ​​service.

At first we were confused as to whether we were being served or not because we were ignored for about 5 minutes. The waitress' facial expression makes you want to run away. No motivation. I thought we were intruding. After another few minutes the order had to be checked again. In the end it was still wrong

The café is very nicely decorated and you can relax here. My plum cake was very good, my companion's cream slices were rather average. The waitress was a bit overwhelmed and not very service-oriented. The milk was forgotten during the coffee and instead of giving us a cake menu or telling us which cakes were in the modest selection, she sent us through all the coffee to the entrance to get the cake herself. Ambiance 5 stars, the rest more like 3.

Good coffee, very friendly service

Tested for lunch during break. There were four of us at one table, a total of two tables were occupied including ours. we ordered the ravioli, a portion of the spaghetti, an omelette and a barley soup. plus two cola and two apple juice spritzers. We had previously looked for a menu online, which unfortunately wasn't available, which was a shame and not particularly inviting. Food took a long time in an empty restaurant, service was very friendly. The food wasn't a highlight, it was more standard, but it was extremely expensive. The drinks in particular are very impressive. All in all. right on the street next to the entrance to the Stenna underground car park and so slow and expensive. Conclusion, not an option for us. then rather go to ELLA than lunch. more choice and significantly better price performance level.
