Capo's Burgergrill & Pizza Bar in Basel

I ordered there for the first time today and I'm super satisfied. The delivery was extremely fast, the food was hot and the bacon burger with extra cheese was very tasty. I will definitely order again.

Pizza is pretty good for it to be delivery. Not excellent but better than what I expected. It is not the best pizza in Basel but it is good for a quick and filling bite. Could be better. However it came in still warm and smoking and, given how it is delicery, it adds a point to it in my book.

I'm giving it two stars because I didn't receive the pizzas I ordered and therefore can't make a judgment about them (depending on the quality, my rating would be one star better or worse). (One) delivery station is near my children's school, which is why I wanted to test it out. I placed an order online. Order confirmation received immediately with a request to be patient for 45 minutes. After 60 minutes I called briefly to ask about the status of the order. I was asked to order by phone next time. When they're stressed (like Saturday night), they don't always see online orders (or check them on the screen). The order was not even recorded/processed by an employee. I then canceled it by phone because I didn't want to wait another hour. My sobering conclusion: It's better not to order pizza here on Saturdays, or if you do, then only by phone (if you can find the phone number). This pizzeria doesn't actually need an order form on the homepage because the staff doesn't pay attention to it. At least I can't blame myself for not trying it once at the urging of my children. My children were able to eat a pizza (from my usual pizzeria) 90 minutes late. I don't like to give negative reviews, but I hope that this will help the pizzeria in particular to improve the quality of service.

I don't even give half a star for this cheek, it's from Google! Ordered for the first time and deleted the app straight away...NEVER AGAIN! I order 2 pizzas and a salad at the end of my work day, get confirmation at 9:47 p.m. that my order has been "approved" and wait...and wait...and wait...starving soon...and call an hour after ordering to ask where my dinner is. Very amused, the gentleman on the phone told me that they had stopped taking my order, it was too late, but they would be happy to deliver drinks to me! I think it's hacking...thanks for nothing! That's not how you treat customers! If you don't think it's necessary to have my order ready a quarter of an hour before work, a message or a call would have been very nice. It's a shame... I would have liked to try it! I didn't have to starve after all, my trusted pizza service was happy to take care of it, and they'll also call if it's really too late.

The food was great. The Jalapeno Burger is prepared in an American way. I don't understand the 2.7 star rating on Google. If you want to eat a good burger then you're in good hands here.

The food was good and served quickly. Have eaten there 2 times and both times the food was very salty. It took too long for them to come to pay.

I always order 1-2 times a week. Always large portions, hot and delivered on time. Top value for money, exemplary service. Also very generous with every delivery. Thank you

The delivery person was quick, but he went to the wrong address at first, but he was very friendly. Fries were soggy and not crispy, burger was acceptable but not worth the price. The pizza was a huge disappointment! It had almost no toppings and none of the toppings I wanted, plus it wasn't tasty. Wouldn't order again!

I can't remember ever eating such amazing burgers. I have ordered several times and have always been completely satisfied. I can just recommend it to everybody. Keep it up!!! A real compliment to the good cuisine! :D

I didn't like the spaghetti carbonara at all, it was more like spaghetti pesto with sausage. Not recommendable!!
