Located at Brombacherstrasse 2, 4057 Basel, this restaurant has always been a go-to spot for home delivery of pizza and fast food offerings. However, I’ve noticed a concerning trend in recent times - the consistency of their food and service seems to be deteriorating. In the past, Come In Pizzeria was known for its thin, crispy pizzas and a variety of toppings that you could choose from. The taste was always spot-on, and the service was prompt. But lately, the quality seems to have taken a hit. The pizzas are not as flavorful as they used to be, The sizes becomes smaller even if they should be 40 cm i got everything from 32cm as the smallest to 38cm. The toppings, too, lack the freshness they once had. Moreover, the service has been less than satisfactory. There have been instances where the delivery was significantly delayed, causing inconvenience. This is not something you expect from a restaurant that has been around for a while and has established a name for itself. Despite these issues, the restaurant still has a decent rating, indicating that some customers might still find their offerings satisfactory. However, based on my recent experiences, I believe there is a lot of room for improvement. In conclusion, while Come In Pizzeria has been a favorite spot for me in Basel, the declining consistency in their food and service is a matter of concern. I hope they take this feedback into consideration and work towards improving their offerings. After all, consistency is key in the restaurant business, and it’s what keeps customers coming back.

This is how the pizzas just arrived, one was with egg and minced meat and the other with cheese, so one arrived without eggs and the other with 4 cheeses was discarded and hopefully contains 2 cheeses. The very expensive price, the horrible presentation, the terrible taste, they take a long time to send the orders. Disappointing. We had to throw them away, the ingredients smell bad, especially the minced meat, the only ingredient they put on the pizza. And in the other one that has two cheeses, one is square feta and tastes sour. It scares me that my mouth will also itch after eating a slice of the wrong cheese pizza. The worst pizza I have ever seen. The dough is a chewing gum or a gummy candy. It was all a real scam. They should close the store because of scammers.

A TIP IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT ORDERING A PIZZA AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT: Take money and go to the supermarket or kiosk closest to your house. If you want a pizza, buy a frozen one. Go home, put it in the oven, wait a few minutes and I assure you that you will eat something much more decent than what they can serve you in this place!! Listen to me, don't spend your money here because it will be the same as throwing it away. •Bad presentation, tasteless dough, no flavor... also the size is smaller than they say. A scam, like ordering on Aliexpress!! The image in the photo has nothing to do with what you will receive. For the first time in my life I ordered a meat pizza with egg and the meat (at what moment!!! the meat was meat) was dry with huge chunks and no egg. The egg did not exist. I ordered the pizza on just eat and it is well baked and nice and brown and crispy. Order came 20 minutes earlier than planned which is great.💯

This restaurant is in liquidation and still accepts orders via the website and does not deliver! We ordered pizza online, after waiting for over 1 hour and 30 minutes we called to see if the pizzas were on the way. It was made very rudely clear to us that no order had been received and that we "had the telephone number for the wrong Come In Restaurant Basel" even though this number was stated on the website. The pizza never arrived.

Ordered food online and paid for it with a credit card. After an hour we asked by phone what the food was like. The first call said no order had been received and they simply hung up. On the second call they said the order went to the old owner and nothing could be done. Stay away from this restaurant!!! Fraud!!!

Beware of fraud! Food ordered AND PAID online but they don't know anything about an order because the money was transferred to the old owner! Then just have the audacity to hang up!

Beware of rip-offs! Ordered online and paid with credit card. Delivery never received. When you call, it says that no order has arrived. 1 star is still too much!

I've ordered burgers a few times, the meat, the burger was always juicy and good and the fries are also great. Price-performance ratio is great The staff friendly. Gladly again :)

We ordered 1x burger and 1x pizza. The burger was “well”. Fries were limp. The pizza that I was unfortunately allowed to eat wasn't bad, it was catastrophic. Corn (which I didn't choose!) was scattered heavily under the cheese and on top of the cheese. Besides, the entire pizza was limp, rather small and tasteless. Normally I wouldn't have even eaten them for free. It's a shame, I ordered it for the first time and definitely never again.

Ordered via Smood on a normal Monday. Delivery time stated as 45 minutes. After 2 hours the order was canceled... a juice shop...

The food on the homepage looks wonderful, but unfortunately that's the only positive thing. You can get the “homemade sauce” from an Indian restaurant for 2 francs. Unfortunately the meat was inedible and reminded me of the most terrible burger I've ever eaten, like a hard shoe sole. My husband ordered a Black Out Burger and I got the Vegan Burger. In terms of taste, well, for 50 CHF we expected a lot more. After 4 hours when the food had finally left my stomach behind, my husband lay in bed and thought he was going to throw up. I, on the other hand, was allowed to lie in peace and sleep after the burger. But honestly, I was disappointed. We ordered here the first and last time and next time we'd rather wait another 20 minutes longer and then really get a burger and not a poor man's sandwich.

I ordered from you for the first time today via Eat.ch and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Fries, which often only arrive warm in other restaurants, were still nice and hot and the burger was also very tasty. Didn't have a negative impression like the other reviews say. I was so happy with these good burgers, the fries AND the friendly staff. BUT TODAY FOR ME THE RATING DROPPED FROM 5 TO ONE STAR. I ordered a Swissburger over the phone and got a normal burger WITHOUT cheese. Called, well just to let you know, wanted to use the 2 franc difference on the next order. Wow there was the chef on the phone talking to me like I was a liar. People eat your own burgers, I'm sick of you. You can't deal with customers like that. By the way, there was ketchup instead of the barbecue sauce we ordered. P.S. In the photos my SWISSBURGER is WITHOUT cheese. I'd bet the chef is new.

We ordered online and although in eat.ch it is stated that it takes 40 minutes to deliver more than 1 hour and a phone call to the restaurant passed until we received our 2 pizzas. The delivery had been placed with card payment upon delivery option however the delivery guy did not have the device with him and explained that he was not informed about it. The pizzas were very greasy. Needs a lot of improvement.

I ordered two pizzas from Come In via Eat.ch. Come In states that the pizzas have a diameter of 40 cm, but in fact the pizzas had a diameter of approx. 34 and 35 cm. The box is 40 x 40 cm in size........plus the pizzas at the bottom were black, tasteless and rubbery........ I don't understand the 5 star rating on Eat.ch, seems like fake reviews to me...

I order very often and I love the burgers there. Portions are good and everything is fresh. Fries are really awesome. I can only recommend taking a look there.
