I spent a week in Flims Waldhaus and was thrilled by the very fresh and absolutely delicious patisserie. The raspberries on the raspberry vanilla cake were fresher than fresh, TOP and would be happy again!

I'm shocked at all the anti-social responses from the owner. That makes a really bad impression and I would never eat there. He calls his customers alcoholics and is racist to boot. This is absolutely not possible and is completely unprofessional.

Went to the restaurant for a coffee. The waitress was rude and didn't give the correct change. After I counted and asked the employee about it, I was consistently brushed off. I didn't get involved in the discussion, drank the coffee and left again. Unfortunately, I've only now seen the reviews on Google and in retrospect my experience makes sense. I think a lot of things have to fundamentally change here.

Absolutely beautiful setting and really nice food spoiled by a non caring waiter who was dismissive and almost rude to the extent that we dared to come in when he was hoping to get an early finish! Did not describe the options of levels of spice for the Arrabbiata and shrugged his shoulders when we dared to get permission to add some tomato sauces to lessen the over excessive spice. Not one to give negative reviews as I am fully appreciative of how hard a small business has to work however this waiter had zero empathy with his target audience

The waiter tried to charge us more than was stated on the menu (17.50 per burrito instead of 15). He behaved in a very unprofessional manner and was very rude. It was very nice, but I had to go to the toilet urgently. unfortunately in the center of civilization he asked me if you are his customer and unfortunately he did not allow me to use the toilet. I also know that there is a public toilet everywhere, but due to the urgency of the situation, I had to go to the toilet as soon as possible. I have a stomach ailment. Otherwise, I wasn't looking forward to using your “5-star toilet”. Sorry, this is a human issue. It's very sad that you don't let people use the toilet like this because they leave it dirty. You make a general assessment and you put all people under suspicion. I personally clean all the toilets I use, even if they are dirty. So that the person who will use it after me does not think badly about me.
