The waitress (man without hair) was very unfriendly. Never again!

Good food, slightly austere decor...

Culinary surprise on the edge of a spectacular viewing platform over the Voor-Rhine. From cheaper to more expensive dishes that are absolutely worth the splurge. The fish soup (off the menu, order in advance) is heavenly. Not cheap but I promise you, you have never eaten anything like this before. The restaurant is dog friendly. From the Caumsee car park it is a 50-minute walk on a well-maintained path through a beautiful forest with the colorful Caumsee and later the Rhine Valley as highlights. Return 60 minutes. Have fun!

Very friendly staff, quick service even though it was busy. Food was very tasty. Good selection of wines. We went back in the carriage, which was very nice. ☺️

Great location after a 1 hour walk (and carriage ride back... wonderful). The daily special, veal chop, is super tender. The polenta with the knuckle was exceptionally good, as was the French one. salad dressing. Service very friendly and attentive. Gladly again

Bravo!!! Keep it up... The best sausage and cheese salad in the region. Definitely local products that taste good. Wine list exceptionally varied for an excursion destination. This was most definitely not our last visit.

It has become even more expensive since the landlord changed. The cake was fine but so small, the smallest cake I've ever had. The waiter said he couldn't help it, that would be up to the new owner. It would be just about ok for Bahnhofstrasse Zurich, but I expect something different on a hiking trail. Otherwise friendly. I hope it will happen again, I'll be able to do it regularly and happily in the past.

Conn was always a good place to take a break. Unfortunately there was a change of host: CHF 6.80 for a Michkafi! Craziness!! - Never again for us - we are waiting for the next change of host!

The food was very fine. The employees were very stressed because the terrace was full. A service employee told us that they had not expected so many guests that day. Beforehand, she greeted us a bit harshly after I asked if one table was reserved. It is incomprehensible that more staff were not deployed because the weather was warm in summer. Accordingly, waiting times are far too long, i.e. waiting an hour. We waited too long for the menu. I then organized it myself. Why isn't it on the tables? The prices are in the upper segment.

Authentic Swiss restaurant with excellent ambiance. Mozzarella cheese plate with tomatoes was healthy and tasty! Spätzle was with mushrooms and plenty of cheese. Ravioli with pears and roasted onions came with butter sauce and pretty tasty if you can survive the butter part. Authentic Swiss food at most exquisite surroundings, quite pricey though. Service could have been better particularly for a non-Swiss German speaking tourist like we were! Legendary Swiss hospitality was missing.

Fantastic food, comparable to big city restaurants. Service fast and very friendly. This is a food oasis in the middle of the beautiful Swiss woodland. Highly recommended

The food was well made and the service was quick and friendly, but what wasn't good were the prices for the drinks. Attention families. The price for a children's syrup is five francs. That is not how it works! The mineral water 5 dl costs 7.50. That's probably why the prices aren't on the menu.

Chilly, but unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the taste. Still worth a visit because of the location.

The woman in service was very unfriendly. At the reception alone she gave snippy answers...very bad.

We were lucky and got there early and had space. We were able to order Bündner Platte before the kitchen team had their lunch.

The restaurant is actually beautiful and good, but watch your stuff. I lost my sunglasses and I'm 100% sure I left them on the table before eating. After dinner she was gone and I can't explain it other than that the staff took her away. I don't want to assume anything in principle, but it's impossible for it to simply disappear and no longer be found. So please be careful with your items.

Very lovely mountain restaurant. The Spätzlipfanne came highly recommended by the waitress and it lived up to the hype, very tasty. The portions are very generous, especially the creamy cake is big. You definitely won't leave hungry! The terrace is lovely with amazing views and enough shade to have it nice and cool even in summer.

This restaurant needs to drop one n from its name to Con. You will hardly encounter it anywhere in Flims, but the service here is rushed, inattentive and unfriendly. It took more than 1 hour from our arrival for one course (main) to be delivered. And the food was nothing special. The place is beset by insects - flies and wasps

Nice place, good food - unfortunately incredibly unfriendly, almost brazen service staff

In a very pretty setting (pastures, very close to the Il Spir viewpoint), this restaurant offers both very classic dishes (burger, tomato-mozza salad, spaghetti bolognese) as well as Swiss specialties (various polenta dishes, capuns ...). We discovered capuns: they are quenelles (chard leaves stuffed with a spätzle dough enriched with Graubünden meat, mountain cheese and herbs) gratinated in a milk - broth - cheese mixture. That was delicious ! Very good desserts too (chocolate cake; coffee ice cream). Fairly high prices. Friendly service.

Top service (very friendly and efficient), the menu has something for every taste (adults, children, vegetarians or vegans), excellent preparation of all dishes. Overall very good performance, I would be happy to come back.

Restored in the middle of pastures and forest next to a magnificent view of the Swiss Grand Canyon. The food is good, the service is great. I ate Capuns, a specialty from Graubünden that I really liked. I recommend.

From Flims we hike comfortably through the cool Flims Forest, along Lake Cauma, and reach the Conn restaurant in around an hour. We reserved a table on the large garden terrace (highly recommended!). Here we enjoy the shade, the great view, the friendly service and the fine Graubünden specialties. Thank you all! In various reviews, the prices are criticized as being too high. These people may have already forgotten that prices have risen above average in recent years. They also obviously do not respect that people who work in the catering industry have a legitimate right to a wage that they can live on. A fine meal and good service deserve a fair, decent, cost-covering price - that's it!

They make it clear to you that it would be better if you hadn't come. Closing time begins at three o'clock in the afternoon.

Tip top. Service was very direct, but polite and prompt. Eating with children is no problem. All dishes are very rich. Generous portions. Not cheap, but more than worth the money.

The restaurant is very nicely located and the food is delicious. Unfortunately the service is overwhelmed! On a public holiday there was only one person responsible for taking the orders, no wonder we had to wait a long time and orders were mixed up. You can't blame the staff, apparently the restaurant can't find any more staff. On nice days we strongly recommend a reservation, as some guests were turned away. The reservation can be easily made via the homepage.

I can recommend it without hesitation

One of my favorite places for over 40 years. Even as a child, I was happy to walk there and back. Especially since it is simply wonderful and the view of the Rhine Gorge is breathtaking. First time back in 20 years and we weren't disappointed. The food was excellent. The Capuns are still originally prepared with milk bouillon and are not served with a cream sauce as is often the case. The polenta and the spaetzli pan were also great and the fried vegetables were very tasty, although too rich for an appetizer. Everything on the neighboring tables looked so good that we would have liked to come back the next day to eat our way through the menu. The service was courteous and friendly, despite the tables being full. Big compliment.

Exorbitant prices, 2 macchiato & 2x3 apple chüechli cost 43.-! It's a shame because the location would be very nice...

The pasta with Pear is very good, incredible.

We've been coming here again and again for years. The walk from the Flims car park takes about 45 minutes (1 hour for a leisurely stroll). The food is very tasty and the pear ravioli is a specialty. Unfortunately the pizokel no longer exists. The map is a good size and everyone can find something here. The restaurant is not huge, I recommend making a reservation if you don't want to wait until a table becomes available. This time the restaurant was full again and the service was at its best (we were understaffed on December 26th). However, they did very well and were always friendly and smiling.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be. The once wonderful pear raviolis are drowning in butter, the staff is either in a bad mood or determined to quit on the first day and the interior seems run down. It's a shame for this once wonderful place.

During my autumn break in October I took a trip to the two lakes in Flims and also stopped off at the Conn restaurant. The restaurant is in a great location and made a decent impression, although the building seemed a bit older to me. The terrace invites you to take a break, recharge your batteries and let the sun shine on your face after or during a hike or bike tour. However, in high season you should definitely take some time with you, as the terrace is very large with around 30 to 40 tables and the Conn team has a lot to do. Although the terrace was very busy that afternoon, my order was taken straight away, the food was served warm and tasty and the service was fine. Worth mentioning is the friendly and quick waitress, who put in a great performance despite full tables and quick changes. She made a very competent impression on me, kept an overview and, despite the typical lunch rush, pampered her guests with wit, charm and friendliness. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful afternoon!

I take my own knife for my fish and chip. Others are good. Food is delicious... We having the fish from local here. The view is spectacular... But you need 30mins walk to get here or can pay the horse ride but I don't know the price

We wanted to stop for dinner today, but because we had other Nanuk with us, we had to use a table at the very edge of the terrace. When we asked why, we were told that dogs were bothering us during service. There has never been a problem so far, apparently with the new tenant or owner. That was from us, we don't go to restaurants like that anymore. We are not second class people just because we have a dog. I would have liked to come here before, but that was it.

Well-kept restaurant in the countryside, well located on the hiking and cycling trail.

We were here today at 11:45 a.m. and just wanted a quick drink. We were turned away by the staff, saying that at this time all the tables would be needed for lunch (about two thirds of the tables were still unoccupied). Our assurance that we would be gone in half an hour didn't help either. Incredible…
