A very chilled lunch with delicious food, great service and Italian gelato after! It was like being in Italy and the kids were allowed to play around and we didn’t feel judged for having playful kids! The food is incredible. The pizza sauce is incredible. The pasta sauces are also really great and flavourful. Well worth a visit if you’re in Sierre for any reason!

Carbonia for me is THE PIZZERIA...but tonight it's catastrophic. I have been going to this place with my family for quite some time and always, good service, an attentive boss and the pizzas are huge and good. Today the young lady came to take the drinks order and then...nothing. We stayed for 30 minutes without anyone worrying about taking an order and especially the comings and goings of the waiters and total ignorance. The problem was that we weren't the only ones, we had young children and at 9 p.m. they hadn't eaten...so we got into a fight with the waiter and they told us... 'I didn't see you' …well still 20 minutes of waiting for the order. So 50min in total. The saying is old and true...'when the cat is not there the mice dance' Really a disappointing meal to avoid when the boss is not there.

Loved the buffalo pizza and tartufo pizza! Both were really flavorful and fresh! The spicy hot oil was really great, too! The pizzas here are huge so come hungry.
