Casablanca in Thun

Ordered normal Dürüm this afternoon. Never got so little for 10 Fr. Consists of 90% just salad. It's a shame, it used to be one of the best in Thun. Won't come anymore.

Unfortunately only cash payment possible. Otherwise everything is great. Ambiance, it's just by the street.

It's not that tasty, it tastes like it's expired and I was very annoyed that it wasn't tasty. The pizza has flour on it and there are whole cucumbers in the Dürüm

I ate a pizza here today but didn't have any cash with me. What was very accommodating was that they said I could pay at a later date, but when I opened the box I got the wrong pizza. It tasted pretty good, but I was left with brutal stomach cramps and diarrhea and nausea on the bowl and even though I was healthy this morning, which is why I have to assume that the spinach or the egg were probably overdue, these cramps and this well-being the way I feel, I don't wish it on anyone and to be honest, the 15 francs for the meal remain now probably in my wallet

Very friendly and attentive staff, it was even fun. Large selection of different dishes and very well priced. Portion sizes are good. Good selection of different ingredients that are filled into the flatbread as desired...the kebab is very good. We'd love to come back.

We were in Thun for the competition. Unfortunately we didn't have any cash. They were sooooo nice that they gave us the Dürüm for free🥺🥹 THANK YOU 1000! And the Dürüm was incredibly delicious! We'll definitely be happy to come back!

Eat here every now and then when we go to the canoe club. Unfortunately, recently you can only pay with cash. At least offers Twinnt. That would be the fifth star for me. Great team, work even under full load. Thank you for your commitment.

Very unfriendly, unsympathetic and bad food

Best kebab at least in Switzerland, if not even in Europe or worldwide, I've had a lot of kebabs in my life, mostly for more than 10fr, which were much worse than this magnificent example of kebab that you get in this magical kitchen! 1,000 out of 10 points I came several kilometers just to enjoy such a culinary masterpiece and have never been disappointed

The two employees were very disorganized on Saturday lunchtime. The one who turns the Dürüm then collects money without washing his hands first, he makes Dürüm again, but everyone knows that money is the dirtiest thing there is. But the Dürüm was fine and I survived.

Delivery was 1 hour late, so we got our money back and canceled the delivery! Never order there again!

Mega delicious Dürüm! :) This location is more for pick-up as it is "just" a kind of stand but there are a few chairs outside and in winter there is also a heater outside... so you stay warm while eating there! ;) It just has parking nearby! The only disadvantage is that you can only pay in cash! I will certainly enjoy my Dürüm even more there... i.e. take it home with me! :)

I've always had good experiences with the service, but for the past 3 months I've been finding food in my meal that I didn't order. Today I found cheese/tofu in my vegi kebab. I didn't order this one and couldn't eat it because I couldn't swallow the cheese/tofu (substance). Otherwise highly recommended.

The pizza was served on a wooden board that reeked of rancid oil. I've completely lost my appetite!!!! No more!!

Fries limp, Dürüm cold and ready before the pizza (ordered large, received small) was even in the oven... and not the first time like this. After several failures, we gave them another chance and it was completely wasted. Keep your hands off it. Worst kebab in the entire Bernese Oberland. Employees unfriendly and unmotivated! You don't know food hygiene 🤢

Very unfriendly people, or can we talk about animals as persistently as they still are??? The food also tastes like these people came from the zoo!!! Pay attention to how the kebab is made...: 1. Meat, salad etc is wrapped and then the cold salad is put in the oven?? Hellooo? how disabled are you??? Just bad, I hope someone buys this store and then knows how to do it right!!! There are amateurs at work preparing the food after a cigarette break, unhygienic, unfriendly, expensive and if you see these workers the food tastes even less good!

Go somewhere else. Absolute disappointment in the store. Unmotivated employees. Food hygiene is a foreign word. Food cold and limp after a 4 minute drive. 👎🏻

Unfortunately, I couldn't order a pizza on Sunday lunchtime because they ran out of pizza dough. I expect a pizza courier to be able to bake pizza during opening hours.

I've been happy for years now but lately it's been worse than usual. Today I go and order a Dürüm without tomatoes and corn, but with Pepporochini. And despite cucumbers, raw cabbage, carrots, lettuce and onions, I get salad and meat. No onions, no red cabbage, no carrots and certainly no Pepporochini. Sorry, I don't speak so unclearly. Didn't feel the order and sold me something I didn't order!

Dürüm was very tasty! I've never had such a delicious dürüm. The staff is very emphatic and was happy about my cooperation. I'd be happy to come back when I'm in Thun.

War heute da und habe 2 x Döner Kebap bestellt als ich zuhause war, fand ich ein Haar auf dem Dönerfleisch. Gehe NIE WIEDER!!!

Lieferung war schnell Aber der Burger was traurig... Das Brot war feücht und der Burger fiel auseinander ungenießbar inkl Chicken Nuggets schmeckten naxh Wasser...

Sehr freundlich, schnell und hat immer sehr frische Gemüse und gutes Fleisch. Der Döner ist sehr gut Gefühl mit allem. es stimmt preislich überein. P. S die Speisen sind auch noch warm, bis man am schönen Ort gefunden haben, zum essen.

Zu wenig Gemüse (nur Zwiebel und Salat) und das Brot ist nicht Knusprig.

ACHTUNG: Die Preise und das Retourgeld werden je nach Laune des Angestellten schnell mal angepasst. Solche Aktionen verderben einem dann auch gleich die Freude am Essen. Zahlung per Karte ist auch nicht möglich. Der Angestellte verlor bei der Bestellung den Überblick. In Zukunft verzichte ich auf Casablanca, da mich das Essen und die Hygiene auch nicht wirklich überzeugt. Lieber hole ich mir meinen Kebab zwischen Berntor und Untere Hauptgasse, wo das Personal viel freundlicher und das Essen besser ist.

1.5h gewartet obwohl weiniger als 40min versprochen. Sagt doch, dass ihr 1.5h braucht, dann kann man entscheiden ob i.O. oder nicht. Bestellt: 3 Dürüm ohne Zwiebeln, ohne Tomaten und beide Sossen. Zwei davon ein wenig scharf. Erhalten: Zwiebeln waren bei allen drinnen, Sosse war bei 2 gar keine und diese waren so scharf, dass man sie nicht essen konnte. Fazit: Ich erwarte bei einem Dürüm nicht viel, aber eure Ware ist nichts wert. 2 Döner im Kompost, 1h genervt auf Dürüm gewartet, nie wieder.

War oft mit den Arbeitskollegen vor Ort und was ich absolut empfehlen kann ist der Jumbo Kebab den Sie anbieten.

Bestellung wurde nicht richtig aufgenommen. Ausserdem: Geizig, unfreundlich, lange Wartezeit. In Thun gibt's weitaus besseres (und günstigeres).

War bis jetzt immer gut, aber in letzter Zeit bekomme ich jedesmal Dürüm wo in der mitte kalt ist. Den Versuch es dem Verkäufer zu sagen scheiterte kläglich. Dieser nette Mann versteht 0 deutsch. 0 = null = nichts = nada = niente. Dürüm oder Kebab versteht er, sonst nichts. Schaade.

Portion très généreuse sur le durum. viande très bonne, dirigeant sympa, les falafels étaient bonnes également.

Here you can eat probably the best dürüm in town. The reasons I gave only 3 stars is: the staff is totally impolite, interrupting the conversation with you just to speak with another one and the place that surrounds the fast-food is dirty and messy. After grabbing the food, all you want to do is leaving

Döner ist super! Leider sehr unfreundliches Personal, Lieferung auch nicht sehr gut, dauerte über 1.15h (sie hatten uns vergessen)

Die Belegschaft hat geradlinig, reinlich und freundlich gearbeitet.Ich kann dies Lokal nur weiterempfehlen!Die Tische vom Lokal wurden einwandfrei gereinigt und die Sesseln waren überaus bequem.Preisgünstige, diverse Auswahl an Gerichten und Drinks. Ich habe mich mit meiner Mutter tatsächlich enorm darüber gefreut, letztendlich ein Wirtshaus in unserer Umgebung aufgespürt zu haben, was wir uns ohne Einschränkung auch noch am Ende des Monats leisten können.

Ich Persönlich liebe das Essen. Sie sind sehr sehr freundlich zu kunden und bemühen sich sogar spezial wünsche zu erfüllen. Mann kann einfach anrufen und das Essen Abholen das ist total Praktisch ich Rufe von der Arbeit an und hole es auf dem Nachhauseweg.

Leute das Maisbild kommt von mir. Wir haben genug Mais in der Schweiz und auch beim 7x wurde die Bestellung ohne Mais vorbereitet. Aber sonst schmeckt das Dürüm, die Sauce ist halt gut gelungen und frische Zutaten.

Mittlere bis schwere magenverstimmungen sind nach einem Besuch bei dieser Dönerbude normal. Das Essen ist lieblos zubereitet und die offensichtliche Unbeholfenheit manchen Angestellten lässt mich meine Lust auf dieses Lokal vergessen.

Can't go wrong with the good food here and the prices are fair. We came here for our anniversary and cherished the atmosphere and wonderful food, can't recommend it enough. Very pleasant personnel, hadn't been here before but would come back again and again. My brother and sis recommended it to me, was not unfulfilled, lovely food and great price too. We had been presented to our table immediately without waiting around.

Die Döner sind die besten in Thun! Leider ist das Personal nicht sehr freundlich! Manchmal hören Sie einem garnicht zu! Echt schade, wäre das Personal netter würde ich öfter gehen!

Döner schmecken sehr gut. Dort hat es eine grosse vielfalt an Zutaten die man selber wählen kann. Man kann nur bar zahlen.

Freundliches Personal & faire Preise

Pizza, 2 Dürüm und eine Dönerbox bestellt bei Casablanca, alles war kalt und somit nicht wirklich geniessbar. Die Gabel für die Dönerbox suchte man vergebens. Die Lieferzeit war auch ungenügend. Nie wieder, bis jetzt der schlechteste Lieferservice ever.
