This is my first week as Italian tourist in the (VERY) expensive Basel. I can say that Casablanca’s stuff was welcoming and warm, the pizza Margherita I ate it was huge and tasty, my mum ate a Caprese Salad and it was also very tasty. The prices are ‘not so bad’ compared all the other restaurants (expensive menus and small portions). The restaurant itself it’s not the prettiest but all the rest is good! We will definitely go back to eat there!

Myself and 3 colleagues dropped in to have a beer, sat outside on the side of the street...which I love doing because we can watch the world go by. We spotted the menus which have a good range of choices, especially with the varieties of pizza available. The welcome and the service were great, the owners, (+ their very handsome son!) ...and even the gorgeous family dog...all made our experience even nicer. Pizzas and beer were great, location was fine and the price was as expected for Switzerland. I would definitely recommend this place. Top marks.
