I recently visited Casino Barrière in Courrendlin and although I wasn't able to try the restaurant because I arrived late, overall I had a good experience. The reception at the casino was correct, asking to show ID and a membership card. The staff was charming and friendly, which I appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the roulette was in the smoking area. Although it is good to have a smoking area since the roulette is the main attraction of the casino, it would have been better if it was in a non-smoking area. The casino itself is small, but offered enough gaming options for the region. The bar at the entrance offered some soft and alcoholic drinks at fair prices, although the service was no more than that.
