While a bit pricey, this is a very good option to find a quiet and decent place for food in a very crowded airport. Food is good. Service is very professional and friendly, which in my eyes makes a huge difference

I only write reviews when is terribly bad or exceptionally good. Luckily in this case is one of those times when I’ve to stop a moment and contemplate about what I’ve just witnessed. I’ve rarely saw a place better managed than this one. The atmosphere and the experience created by the staff was simply unreal. The work and passion that Giuliano, Anna, Nicholas, Davide and the rest of the team put on their day to day routine is outstanding. I’m talking with knowledge of the fact as I’m also coming from the hospitality business and I can assure you that a service and attention to the client excellent as this one , nowadays, is more unique than rare to find. Again, I’m so happy to have stop by the Caviar House and I’m so grateful toward the team for having made my day with their professionalism, attitude, expertise, humor and warmness. THIS IS A PLACE THAT WORTH TO BUY A FLIGHT TICKETS ONLY FOR SEATING AT THEIR COUNTER.

Although it is an oyster restaurant, they offer other alternatives to eat something quick at the airport. We ordered a chicken wrap, a soda and an iced tea for CHF 20.7 (€24)

The bar offers a convenient option for dining with available seating, which can be a challenge to find in the airport. While the experience was not exceptional, it provided a decent place to grab a meal. However, it is worth noting that the staff at times displayed a slightly pushy demeanor, exerting pressure on customers to place their orders. This approach could be off-putting for those looking to dine at their own pace.

What an amazing time I had there when I heard my flight was delayed. So I had very good salmon tuna and caviar together with a great bottle of Petite Arvine wine.

Good morning, We went to Geneva airport on 12/29/2022, while waiting for our flight, we decided to sit in your restaurant. The service was very friendly, but unfortunately, once the caviar and salmon were eaten, I suffered food poisoning which led me, on my first day of vacation, to spend the entire night in the emergency room. in Rome. I hope this incident will not happen again for future customers.

The service was outstanding. Best prawns I've ever had, the caviar, vodka and lemon sorbet desert was incredible.

I really like caviar house, it's a moment of relaxation between customs and boarding. Plus, the salmon is delicious. On the other hand, I noticed that there is no longer a placemat, which is inconvenient for placing the cutlery before receiving your dish. The appetizer may require the use of a napkin. which serves as protection for the cutlery. Finally, the cannelés have disappeared, what a shame. So many pleasant little touches. If we cut too much, we will raise the level of the bill and the services offered.

Great service! Super friendly staff. We just had time for a cocktail and Café Gourmande. Both were exceptional! Honestly, the Café Gourmande was one of the best I've ever had. And the prices are not unreasonable (considering it's a restaurant... in Switzerland... IN an airport 🤣.

They rip off people without shaking, the blanc de blancs ruinart is at 197 instead of 90 at 2 other stores at the airport.

What a strange idea to put caviar in a colonel cup. One might think that this is a clumsy way to stand out, but the result is convincing. I read in the reviews a bit of astonishment at the prices of an establishment whose name hides nothing. In fact it's not free, but let's highlight the affordable "caviar shot", a small pot of caviar for 15 francs. The amount you need to accompany the rest. The staff is friendly!

Delicious menu and super attentive staff. I had the burrattina with avocado and caviar and it was really good although I missed a bit of olive oil, maybe. The staff was very friendly and professional. It isn't a cheap lunch, evidently, but well worth it if you like caviar smoked salmon and champagne!

The staff more interested in tidying up than taking care of the customers present....especially those who have not ordered chf 1000.- of drinks. Lamentable.

What do you expect from the Caviar House and in Geneva airport... I had the salmon Duo, smoked and gravalax and a crab salad. The smoked was excellent but the geavalax was outstanding... Moreover the crab salad was made of course with real crab and was very crab rich... They start the meal with a spoonful of smoked salmon, toast triangles and butter.. Simple yet mouth watering then the food comes. Of course I did not use the lemons as I consider this to be an insult as big as adding wasabe to the sky sauce in Sushi restaurants..😂. What a lovely experience... The price is as expected in Switzerland..but truly worth every Euro... Enjoy

Fresh and quality products so the price goes with it

Faced with the lack of restaurants at Geneva airport, Prunier is an essential stopover before each flight. The quality of the products is excellent, their dill mustard goes perfectly with the salmon. We take the Discovery plate every time and we are never disappointed. The staff takes great care and the manager is not only very efficient but above all very commercial. The only negative point: the opening time in the morning 11:00 a.m. is a little late depending on our flights. Damage.

Please avoid it!! Last Friday I had dinner there, I ordered smoked salmon and raw shrimps. Everything seems ok but after few hours I started feeling sick: I got a food poisoning! Now after three days I'm still trying to recover.

We are a family of four with two kids ages 10 and 12. We trust this brand (a misrake!!!) and decided to have lunch here before our flight. We ordered lobster and caviar plate and the crab salad. 4-5 hours After we ate, we started to experience severe stomach cramps, and vomited violently. All four of us were terribly poisoned. Please stay away from this place...

I like this network, and visiting their airport points all over the world before flight for more than 7 years. Geneva airport point was lovely one BUT today I have found piece of plastic (part of plastic cover hinge) in my most lovey crab salad. I guess, very expensive and tasty plastic! Have got excuses, deduction in a bill for above salad, and free coffee. Pity...
