Good deal, delicious deal. The Rösti should be a little more cooked through Price is rather high, drinks prices are expensive even by Swiss standards..

I like the food very much. At the moment I like to use the “pasta to go” dishes. The taste is great and so is the price 😊

Top location. beautifully decorated restaurant with a separate bar. both soups were sensational. the dark seasonal beer was very good. the grapefruit moctail was awesome. the meatloaf was also very tasty. But the Burger Chez didn't really convince me. Pound the meat a little flatter and wider, otherwise you'll have to bite through to it. There's nothing special about the taste either.. All in all very good. we will be back.

A heartily, stylishly furnished restaurant in the middle of Kriens. I felt very comfortable right from the start, the service was very friendly and empathetic. The food was very tasty, beautifully prepared and the wine went well with it. A restaurant that every Krienser should visit at least once. The boss even comes to the table and asks how you are - old school, no longer a given. I will definitely come back. A big thank you for this wonderful experience.

We really liked it at Central on November 21st. I thought the food and drink menu was great. I also found everything very tasty. Unfortunately, I'm not happy with the service: there was football going on in the bar and it seemed to me that the waiter was almost more interested in the match than in his guests. A pity! But we'll definitely be back!

All in all, the Central chez Fabian is an absolutely successful concept! The food, specifically the lunch menu with main course, coffee and dessert, is unbeatable in terms of price-performance ratio and a total recommendation. High quality and very tasty. The outdoor area invites you to have an aperitif, what I think is the best café in the city - or even a cozy dinner in a quiet atmosphere. Fabian himself is a great host and super accommodating. Full marks for that!

The food at Central chez Fabian was really good and they even offer gluten free options. The service is excellent and the ambience is very pleasant. I can definitely recommend the restaurant!

The ambience was great, we expected much more from the food. The sauce for the meat dish was declared to be a gravy, but was extremely sweet (probably supplemented with a berry pulp/fruit jam or even based on it) and didn't fit, let alone taste good.

The Central is a beautiful brasserie with style and a great ambience. Bar at the front, dining at the back, garden terrace. Everything is wonderfully maintained and clean. In the basement there is a wine cellar, which can be accessed via the spiral staircase. We were served very friendly and courteously by the waiter. He tries very hard. However, it is clear that he does not come from the hospitality industry. And is probably completely new to the job. Wine recommendations would be great, but unfortunately there is a complete lack of knowledge - despite the wonderful wine cellar. Very unfortunate. The kitchen is great, we had a very nice dinner. Everything comes fresh, warm and is very tasty. The plates are also beautifully made. There's even a free amuse bouche. The boss from the restaurant name has unfortunately made himself scarce, which is unfortunate for a newly opened restaurant. Unfortunately only 1 star or 1 deduction for the ambience.

Beautiful dainty plates, very accommodating service for our large group. Drinks were lovely. Could use a bit more attention from the staff but overall a stunning experience. It is highly recommended. Prices are fair, they do charge for tap water. Bonus: they were so kind to provide water for dogs.

Great atmosphere in the Jardin, in the bar and of course in the brasserie. Great host and great service. Sensational wine cellar, very fine dishes and something for everyone. I'd love to come back!
