Terrible fries, coarse salt sprinkled on top. We waited over an hour for a starter and there were hardly any guests. Organizationally catastrophic. We waited another hour for the main course. The food was partly good to very good, partly mediocre. Only one of us received the main course, the rest had to wait. WE ARE DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER COME BACK!! This shop is run by South Americans and not Spaniards. But the staff is friendly and apologized. ADDENDUM: at least, they removed what wasn't good from the bill, thank you for that.

Was my first and last visit. Not recommendable. The plan was to celebrate my mother's birthday... There were 6 of us, everyone had ordered a tapas and after 1 hour we received the first tapas we ordered, the omelet. The 5 remaining tapas came one after the other with a 30-40 minute delay. Traditionally, all tapas should be brought at once and then you can share everything together. What I don't understand is that if the restaurant is so overwhelmed with the 3 occupied tables, why do they accept new guests when they are not even able to serve the guests who have already been waiting for hours. Besides everything, as mentioned, we were 6 people and the “lovely” waitress only ever brought 5 glasses and 5 plates and you always had to order the sixth glass and plate separately. I'm still wondering why, whether the lady can't count to 6 or one of my family members was invisible to the lady. What I also found particularly questionable was the restaurant's dog, which walked in and out all the time, where the waitress kept hugging her and then brought me the sixth plate with the same unwashed hands and the food was also very important here. Ps. After more than two and a half thousand, I still haven't received the sandwich I ordered and left because I had other plans. So in conclusion, if you want to waste your time and don't know how to spend the day, I recommend coming here. Here you can easily wait for hours for everything, whether a sandwich or a simple portion of fries, they need at least a full hour. Enjoy!

Absolutely the best sangría, tapas and paella in all of Zurich! The restaurant offers delicious 3-course menus every weekend at an unbeatable price-performance ratio. The quality of the food is simply outstanding. The Carajillo is particularly recommended - an absolute must! However, the prices are not fair for all tapas, as the products (especially fish/seafood) are probably not purchased fresh. The operation could be a little more attentive and better coordinated. Terrible! Six of us made a reservation and the reservation was forgotten and we were left standing. After about 10 minutes the tables were pushed together. The drinks came after 45 minutes. We ordered various tapas. The “cheese” was individual chunks of parmesan and I don’t even want to talk about the rest. My friend was showered with sangria (when the drinks finally arrived)! (Any apology was not an issue) When we decided to leave, we were charged for all tapas, and after about 1.5 hours we received 3 out of 5. Total price: 112.- for cheese, shrimps, tasteless balls of minced meat… and four sangrias… There was no discount, we have never been so disappointed, never again! Unfortunately, service was completely overwhelmed!

I and my friends ordered seafood Paella for 5 ppl. and the black squid Paella for 2 ppl. The food took approximately 1 hour to arrive. I understand that Paella can take quite some time to prepare, but I find this a bit long. The presentation of Paella was fabulous and photogenic. The quality of the seafood (mainly shrimps and mussels) were very impressive. The accompany garlic sauce was also very tasty. Nevertheless, the rice was extremely salty (only the rice, the seafood was not). We couldn’t finish all dishes despite being very hungry. I have had some Paella in the past in Spain, but it was not this salty. Also, we also think the rice is a bit mushy for a paella. We discussed the saltiness of the rice with the waitress. She informed us that the level of saltiness was normal and we should have eaten the rice with lemon. We actually did try with the lemon. It did help, but it was still too salty. Way too salty.

That was one of the worst meals I ate in Zurich. We ordered a salad, paella and chorizo. The salad was made from iceberg lettuce with tuna and canned corn. The chorizo ​​was undercooked and burnt on the outside. The chorizo ​​tasted like it had already expired. The paella was the only dish that tasted good. But the paella was still overcooked. It wouldn't have bothered me but the food was very overpriced for poor quality food. It took over an hour for all the food to arrive. From the other reviews the owner doesn't seem to care that the quality of the food is so poor. The only star is for our server, who was nice.

The service and the ranch food are unfortunate, who goes to a bar to eat frozen calamari? More than an hour and a half of waiting and they only had one more table at the bar. You order a dish and when it arrives they have given you something different, you complain to the waiter and answers...but the plate is full, right? I wouldn't recommend going even for a breath of fresh air, nor will I come back for free.
