Ate at Chalet Beizlu today. We were welcomed very friendly. The menu was clear and yet had some highlights. After thinking about it for a long time, we were able to decide on two menus. My wife chose a nut salad and the Chalet Rösti. As a lamb lover, I chose the lamb fillet after a menu salad. We both really enjoyed our menus. The Ripasso we ordered was also convincing, although it was one of the “softer” ones in terms of alcohol content. We can definitely recommend the restaurant and will probably stop by again in the next few days!!! Had dinner at Chalet Beizli again today. Were absolutely satisfied again. My wife's creamed pork schnitzel was just as good as my beef fillet medallion. De Bolgheri rosso went well with both menus. We have discovered a new good restaurant in Interlaken.

She said with such low-volume, that we barely hear what she offered, and thought that all of our drinks will be free as compensation but no. The bill still came as full price. We shouldn't even pay for the meal, we only ate 1/3 of the fondue, wasted 60 CHF and ruin the last day in Interlaken.

I randomly searched for this place on Google and it happened to have a seat. The mutton is really delicious. It is estimated to be about medium rare but there is no fishy smell at all. Pork in mushroom cream sauce served with lamb tenderloin and potato pancakes was the most delicious meal I had in Switzerland. If I go to Interlaken again, this is a place I want to go again! Since we were at Interlaken we wanted to try some traditional Swiss food. After looking online we decided to try this restaurant and we were not disappointed. We decided to try the Fondue with with potatoes, pickled cucumber and pickled onions with bread, also had the raclette with egg and potatoes and a salad. We were unable to finish the fondue but still enjoyed it very much. The waitress explained the menu to us and advised that we could have the special of the day and what to do with the fondue. Chalet Beizli is situated very close to Interlaken Ost Train Station. It faces the the beautiful Swiss Alps, and close to other eateries. The balconies with some outdoor furniture are just perfect to enjoy a romantic evening on a summer evening, enjoying the fresh mountain air, and sipping a glass or two of bubbling wine. Well, some soft music from the room will be a bonus to boost the atmosphere.
