Beautiful restaurant with the authentic Swiss taste. The restaurant decorations so beautiful with many local Swiss stuff. The restaurant completely made of wood. They serve typical Swiss food such as cheese fondue and Swiss Rum Steak. Their house wine equally good. The location very central. Next to Interlaken Casino. Fantastic time having meals here. During he meal, they have special entertainment presenting the Swiss Folklore dances and songs and music. Must have meal over here when stays in Interlaken.

It was a fun night I spent with the band. They asked us to share the experience with them in playing and singing and we enjoyed it. Their evening was singing traditional Swiss music and playing old musical instruments, making you feel the Swiss atmosphere. The place or restaurant was very beautiful with a Swiss character, and even the food tasted Swiss. You really entered their atmosphere.

Amazing restaurant to dine in with a folk show at 7:15 PM. They have a great traditional Swiss food selection; however, the "menu" that is presented here online with the 3-course meal is only meant for groups and one has to book those 48 hours in advance. However, the prices for the other dishes are reasonable for Switzerland and I highly recommend coming. The staff all speak good English and are very kind! It is a little hidden, but it's on the right of the casino

This is place I think targeting tourists. You are supposed to come and enjoy some traditional swiss music performances and with traditional swiss food. It was good fun to see what the swiss use as musical instruments example cow bell, bowl with coins... etc. It is an eye opener for audience who are new to Switzerland.Their entertainment was good but I fell it dragged on for too long. But the food and service were not efficient. It started slow even the drinks come very slowly.The taste of food was normal nothing to write home about. All in all it is a good tourist spot and that is about it. I wish the food were much better.

Swiss cheese fondue is another special taste bud

This restaurant deserves more recognition. The food is well priced and our meat fondue came with fries and pickles, even some lychee fruit. Best value for the money I have seen yet in Switzerland during our 13 day trip. However, the real value here is in the love entertainment. I cannot stress enough how lovely this was for me and my partner. By the end of the night everyone in the restaurant was grinning ear to ear and saying good night to each other as we all left - having been complete strangers walking in.. We stayed in Interlaken for 4 days. This is the only review I have left for anything we did, despite many of the other activities and sights being outstanding - this was the one thing that exceeded my expectations to such an extent that I was compelled to write a review. Do not miss the opportunity to see this show and eat and drink here, even if you are too shy to participate, it is a unique and "wunderbar" experience!

Very unique way to eat and enjoy the Swiss cultural musical performance. Serving traditional Swiss cuisine like cheese fondue and the deep fried meat followed by the chocolate fondue ! Yummy cheese fondue and enjoyable performance by 3 experienced musician. Beautifully decorated place with wooden finishing .. you must also prepare to get up stage to perform too!

The food was quite good. The most beautiful part, in my opinion, was that the show was interactive: I got to try the alphorn and some of us went on stage to play some of the other instruments! Not sure if that's always the case as, apparently, there are different shows depending on the days. Wonderful experience overall.

Corny... But a lot of fun... We reached Interlaken sometime in the evening. Tired and weary after a day of traveling. I heard that the Spycher restaurant offers a folk music experience along with dinner. I came here with my family of four but did not have very high expectations. Maria and her troupe of three started off on their performances. First there was yodeling and playing instruments like the cello. The music wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. But slowly they started creating music out of Alpen horns, bells, brooms, sticks and even a wash board. Slowly, I was drawn in and getting impressed. At one point, this guy came onstage and played 'Edelweiss' on a saw! For those of you who know, Edelweiss is a moving tune to begin with. And the guy did it fully justice, using just the sharp edge of a wood cutting saw! Then the performance started becoming interactive. They started dragging the patrons onstage and made them dance to silly steps and play music using wooden cleats. I even got to blow into the Alphorn. Me and my daughter laughed and laughed and laughed and my weary mind was refreshed. Oh. There was food too. But that's a byline to this story. All in all... Come here with an open mind... Be willing to cheer and yell your heart out... Let loose your hair and you'll make an unforgettable memory... Just like I did...

一進店內就知道是很多團會來的餐廳~因為一進去就有二團坐在那邊了~哈哈~ 不過價格實惠, 服務也很好~還有音樂表演~也是很滿足的一餐~

Not what we thought or expected. Should have read the reviews more closely. My in-laws were visiting from the States to celebrate their 50th anniversary. Had never been to Europe before. Wanted a fun experience for them. This started out really rough but ended up ok.Bad...This place is really for groups. Individuals, what they call a la carte customers, have limited menu and seating options.Very expensive.Food so so. Granted the only fondue place I've ever been to is the Melting Pot. This place doesn't even come close.Good...Service once we got everything figured out. Kind waitress.Performance was so fun. Band/group found out it was my in-laws anniversary and invited them on stage for a dance.Overall we had a lot of fun. My in-laws will never forget it.Good portion sizes.

Been here once before. It's Switzerland so you have an obligation to clog your arteries with fondue and this is the best place in Interlaken to do so. Small and somewhat eclectic but like I said, I came for the fondue and I left a happy camper. Super friendly staff.

ツアーで利用(2回以上)、というかツアーでなければ行かないであろう場所、まあフォークローレショーを見られるのはここくらいかもしれないので一回はいいと思います→アルプホルンやベルなどの演奏・コイン回し(あとから観客もチャレンジさせてくれる)・アコーディオン＆歌に合わせたダンス... とそれなりに盛り上がるので、よきスイスの想い出として楽しいひと時を過ごせるとは思います。そしてウェイトレスさんたちもテキパキしていてサービスも悪くはないと思います。ただもう2回目はいいやというレベルです(行きたくなくても勝手にツアー夕食に組み込まれていて... 個人 or わざわざツアーのオプショナルに参加までして行きたい所ではない)→一度会場が満員で蒸風呂のようで耐えられない時もあったし(他団体がフォンデュを食べていると特に)、なにより半端なく食事が美味しくない、そして酷かったのが今回8/1の建国記念日で出演者が1人のみであとは「スクリーンにビデオ映像を流して終わり」という内容だったことです(特別な日で演奏者が来なかったそうだが、だったら初めからこの日は店を営業するなと言いたい、案の定会場は全く盛り上がらなかった、これなら普通のレストランでTV画面見ながら食事してるのと同じでここに足を運ぶ必要がない)。なので、まあよいにはよいのですが、やるならちゃんとやってほしいといった感じもあり、何もなければ３ですが→2点に(食事レベルは1～2)。ツアーでスイスに行く以上避けられないこともありますが、出来れば私はもう行きたくないですね。

Mein Mann und ich nicht entscheiden konnten, wo heute abend essen zu gehen und wählten Spycher.Das Hotel war sehr schön, nicht stickig, wie auch einige andere Restaurants hatten ihre Türen geschlossen und es fehlte an Belüftung. Gut Hintergrundmusik, zu.Der Preis war angemessen und der Service ist freundlich.

Wir hatte einen privaten Gruppenabend mit Abendessen. Service sehr freundlich zuvorkommend. Esser war lecker und gut einzig der Nachtisch war zwar lecker aber nicht das was erwartet. Sanitäreanlage etwas klein für viele Leute aber ok. Lage sehr schön im Park der abends wundervoll beleuchtet ist

Rushed her on the advice of our hotel concierge who said they served the best fondue in town and great live entertainment. Let me start off by saying cheese is possibly my FAVORITE food group. After my meal here, I may be ruined to cheese forever. I've never had fondue before...I took one bite and choked it down, only because it would have been socially unacceptable to spit it out. The schnitzel was the worst I've ever had. The entertainment was quite good and we enjoyed all the unusual instruments they played. My wine was quite good and very cold. Sadly, I cannot recommend it.

Das war unsere erste Fondue und es war wirklich nicht unsere Sache, so dass ich nicht mehr hält, dass gegen sie. Das Schnitzel war unter dem Durchschnitt für das, was ich erwartet hatte. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel vorbei.

Pour passer une bonne soirée, passage obligé par ce restaurant. Ambiance suisse typique avec ce petit orchestre bien rodé à cet exercice. Yodel, scie musicale, clochettes, cor des Alpes et autres accessoires sonores au programme. on vous demande même de participer. Bref on ne s'ennuie pas.Mais je pense que l'on vient aussi dans ce restaurant pour la fondue au fromage (si vous aimez) et la fondue au chocolat du dessert.
