The waitress was friendly. We chose the place to sit. The food is very industrial and not very tasty. They serve warm food till 10 pm or so, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Stopped for a coffee, lady was ok, man was rude not sure what was going on, lady said she would bring coffee, man gave it to us in takeaway containers and told us to leave

Great to have a motie motie and a glass of Fechy before you take off!!! Last time suisse feeling. Fondue is ok. Bread so so, potatoes poor quality…. location is cozy despite the airport feeling! They alsonjave good breakfast offers…

Good food. Slow service. Among all the other restaurants, this place caught my eye. The ambiance is great. Food was delicious ( I tried latte and omelette with tomatoes, chives and cheese). The only downside is that their service is slow. If you are in a hurry to catch the flight, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Incredibly slow and incompetent service. If they didn’t have a captive audience, they would not survive as a business. Find somewhere else or risk not making your flight.

Superb spot for refuelling before boarding, located on upper floor, table service, swiss breakfast combo consisting of bircher muesli, croissant, roll, jam, honey, small pieces fruit and drink CF 16.90 is excellent value.

Nice atmosphere acceptable prices for the airport and some of the food was good. - Our server was nice - The Fribourg Rösti was good - The Älplerhörnli were quite bad. They were too soupy and not cheesy enough. We had a try and didn't eat it further. Our server was kind enough to not charge us for it.

We were there on a long layover at the airport, and were looking for a place where we can peacefully sit and eat. Found this place very cosy and not too crowded. Yummy food. Been a while since I had any German based cuisine, felt good eating it. Our server was so sweet and helped us pick our food.

Good for a fast stop before getting the flight. Crazy amount of salt, and completely wet hamburger. Not top quality for sure. Pretty expensive, but in line with Zurich prices. Edit: just gave another try. I was probably unlikely the previous time, it was much better today

It doesn't have to be folk music in Chalet Suisse, but jazz doesn't fit at all. Especially since it had an unpleasant volume.

Eat something shortly before the flight. Highly recommended at Chalet Suisse. Good food, great Pinot Grigio and delicious iced coffee. Our waitress, a lively girl with a Bernese German dialect, was a joy before departure. Always my pleasure!

I’ve been here years ago but today (Berner Rösti & cordon bleu ) was super disappointing. There was almost no cheese on the Rösti and the speck was breakfast beacon next to it. The cheese was melted into tomato’s The cordon bleu was everything but tender. Good luck with other food maybe just unlucky choice

Have eaten fondue several times. Was always very tasty. Unfortunately the bread isn't that good. It should be crispier & fresher.

One word: SLOW. Not really a good place if you are on the way to your flight. The waiters (our waiter's tagname said Sofo) are extremely good at not making eye contact. Also don't know the menu very well - they don't have caprese salad, but when going through the menu it turns out there is tomato mozzarella salad. Not sure how the food is since I'm still waiting to order 🙄

We wanted to make one last stop to eat Swiss food and this one did not disappoint. The Zurich-style mince was really very good! We were a little surprised that the basket chicken did not come with a butter sauce as is often the case in Uri. It would have been perfect. Otherwise the iced coffee is delicious too. It boosts morale when you have a canceled flight. Afterwards it's Swiss restaurant prices, that's for sure.

Before the flight we had breakfast, fried eggs with bacon and the ommlet with mushrooms and cheese were very tasty, the scrambled eggs didn't convince us, it was a matter of taste. Very nicely presented with delicious bread rolls. The service was quick, but there weren't too many people, so we'll definitely come back next time.

You are in the airport but the ambient is nice and quiet. The food is really good but the service was scarce and average.

Super delicious food at fair (Swiss) prices. The burger was fresh and very tasty. The homemade Röstis are also really good. The homemade lemonades and egg teas are also recommended. Restaurant is in a quiet location. Ideal for a relaxing break during a stopover. Service was nice and very accommodating.

Didn’t get the chance to try fondue during my stay in Switzerland but thank God they had it at the airport! Such a cozy restaurant with some traditional dishes, not to mention the lovely staff, especially the lady with blonde hair who served me well ❤️ The fondue was nice but a huge portion for one 🤪

Atrociously slow service. That's always bad but in an airport context, it's unforgivable. Coffee mugs are so badly designed as to make it impossible to drink hot liquid from. Handles aren't just aesthetic!

Not bad for an airport place. It's difficult to exude character when surrounded by other outlets but it tries its best and, for the most part, succeeds. Breakfast is good. Prices will make your buttocks clench.

Waiting forever to get served. Then waited for over 10min for the bill. Manager presented me with the bill, I paid it..just to find out he gave me the wrong one. Idiots! Switzerland is the worst when it comes to customer service

Carbonara pasta is not real. The establishment is clean.

It's a shame that lactose-free coffee costs 0.50 cents extra.
