Prices a little above average, but we are in Switzerland!!

Pleasant, attentive waiter, speaks excellent English. He recommended what we could eat without pork, and warned that we were gaining too much and simply wouldn’t eat that much. Thanks for this) I recommend an excellent classic fondue for two. Very nice, potatoes were served in a basket. For a restaurant inside a mall, it's just perfect!

Good restaurant in Fox Town centre. Proposals in line with the name and the environment created which is reminiscent of a real chalet. Excellent fondue and rosti!

Bad experience. Non-existent service and sub-standard food quality

Nice atmosphere but a little "cold", I ate the cheese crêpes, delicious and significantly cheaper than the rest of the menu.

Mediocre food, average service, we asked to be placed at a table away from the excessive noise of a group of children... DENIED... Even though there were many free tables... sausages and frankfurters cooked with a lot of fat... And I I appreciate it but there my arteries and my stomach complained... the cost... We are in Switzerland and breathing costs... Difficult to go back

I arrived after 3pm so I couldn't eat. You will be surprised at how short the opening time is.

Price does not correspond to the value for the food. The food is probably being warmed up from the freezer.

The waiter with the tattoos is very rude to customers. Very bad atmosphere that makes you want to leave. He doesn't welcome customers and ignores them so they leave. We felt like we were disturbing knowing that the restaurant was almost empty. I wouldn't come back.

The restaurant is closed because government decided so. We recommend you update your info's regarding open times in this period!

What can I say.... a typically Swiss environment. I ate a really good fondue, with exceptional frankfurters. The right bill for location and quality.

Fantastic fondue, in my case I ordered a Valtellina fondue with 3 cheeses, good quality/price 42 fr (price for 2 people).

Always worth a visit. Long-term staff who make an effort. The fondue is good and an alternative to the rest in the house. Although the competition internally is very bad. Would love to come back.

I haven't been this fascinated by a restaurant in a long time. It completely and utterly blew us away. Good value for money. I think the restaurant is contemporary for all events - regardless of whether it's with friends, acquaintances or relatives ;-). I certainly come here with my relatives and can rely on impeccable service.

We have over 20 minutes. We waited for the waitress (we picked up the menu ourselves). The obviously untrained service staff clumsily delivers the good-tasting ready-made dish in an edible manner (we had to ask for the sauce for the salad). The ready-made rösti e.g. is not prepared in the frying pan and is therefore not crispy as usual. Instead, they are baked directly in the oven while floating in the fat. The usual expectations for the service are not met and the price therefore does not match the fake chalet. If you go somewhere else you won't be welcome here.

Cheese, cheese and more cheese. We had the cheese fondue for 2 with a bottle of white wine (which is delicious by the way) and half a liter of water. The 240 grams of light (?) melted cheese was delicious. The basket of potatoes is surprising (covered with a cushion ;) All in all, really enough for 2, we enjoyed it (and with a little help from a third party, all the cheese was gone). The bratwurst was fine, the sauce with onions was not my favorite. Price, especially for a shopping center, is on the high side (we were 130 CHF poorer for lunch). Nevertheless, highly recommended. I am not including the music in this review, otherwise there would be no stars left,...that could really be improved.

Eternal waiting times and rude staff

We entered after a long wait in a practically empty restaurant (3 tables occupied), after having been seated we were left to our own devices. After about 5 minutes we kindly asked to have the menu. We received a more than rude response. We left. I would understand if we were rude, if the restaurant was full, if the waiter had to serve the hot dishes .. But none of this.

Saddle-based dinner with friends. Not bad but doesn't deserve more than a three star rating. I've had much better.

A great restaurant in the Fox Town outlet mall. Very original and well looked after environment, it really feels like being in a chalet. Very good Swiss cuisine, well prepared and presented dishes. Generous portions. Excellent place for a pleasant stop while shopping.

The waiter was rude. He asked us to wait outside the restaurant even though the restaurant was empty except for two tables. The wait lasted a long time. His behavior was bad and racist. The food was good.

Typical Swiss food, cooked well and served in a typical even if very reconstructed environment. If you are looking for international dishes, you are in the wrong place. Here... only tasty typical Swiss dishes... if you don't like them... look elsewhere. Staff? Well no different from other places, I didn't encounter hostility but a lot of polite kindness! We were served well and on time. For my tastes I recommend it!

Shut it up... do all the FoxTown customers a favor. Grumpy, irritating, they don't even look at you in the face: perhaps the mountain pastures are a more suitable place to go to work. Then in which restaurant do they bring you open bottles of water in 2018? Be more honest and use a jug if you really have to serve tap water...

Apparently it wasn't an isolated incident that I experienced today. After about 10 minutes the waiter thought it was ok to serve us. The restaurant was almost empty at this point, then very unfriendly contact. Really dumped! But the food was ok, apparently the kitchen staff are more attached to their jobs.

A disgusting one too. They made us sick all day with cramps and fever. To be closed. Despite the kindness of the waiter

The staff wasn't friendly to us and wanted to sit us in front of the toilet despite there being many free seats. The food looks like prepared ready-made food that is warmed in a microwave grill. Raclette portion is also very small.
