Mcdonald's Swiss is the top. Food always freshly prepared or in any case always hot and crunchy, tasty and with lots of choice especially for those with celiac disease. The staff even clears away something you usually have to do, and they even come to the table to ask if you would like a coffee. The cleanliness is more thorough, apart from the bathrooms which are not cleaned and are like those in any fast food restaurant. For the rest, my family and I prefer the Swiss McDonald's rather than the Italian one.

We know that life in Switzerland is more expensive, but here we had a big surprise. 4 maxi menus at 71 CHF while in Belgium for the same thing we pay 45 EUR. It stings!

Actually a completely normal McDonald's. Food etc. like everywhere else. The difference here is clearly made by the employees. They are super friendly, extremely attentive and helpful. Even the trash is picked up from the table and disposed of here. The table is cleaned after every guest and we were even offered a bag (without asking) so that we could take uneaten food with us. For an MCD, it's really top class!

Instead of thinking about the time it takes them to throw the bag in your car at Mc Drive, they should think more about checking the order and making sure that everything ordered is there... every time either something is missing or the order is wrong

We ordered two menus at the MC drive, two sandwiches on the side and two Happy meals, not such a complicated order. Yet on two separate sandwiches, they only put one and the Happy meals didn't even have chips. Now I'm not saying much, but at least a little care, also because there wasn't much of a queue.

On Saturday evening I went to dinner with my friend and a big compliment to the manager!!! He taught a girl the drums with a calm and kindness that is unfortunately often missing today. He greeted all customers!!! A 4 star restaurant service congratulations!!!

Once I went with my sister, I found a sort of mold in the fanta zero and in the coke a piece of plastic from the machine or the tube through which the drink passes which had detached from the machine and ended up in the bottom of the glass. Very close to the Fox Town outlet, I recommend it for a snack if you are out shopping. The prices are those of the Mac and are the most competitive in Switzerland. A good alternative could also be the KFC a few tens of meters away.

Troppo cari! Sempre sbagliano il ordine per la salsa ed i loro microfono mai funzionante quando si ordina! Bisogna urlare per farci intendere! Cafe molto costoso 2,60 a Lugano invece 1,50 non penso che alla catena mac donalds e normale cambiare prezzi così!

bestellt und bezahlt habe ich am drive-in ein big tasty menu (zusammen mit 2 weiteren menu's) ... zuhause, nach dem auspacken, habe ich festgestellt, dass ich ein mc raclet menu erhalten habe ... Anschließend dort angerufen und um die Zusendung eines Gutscheins für einen mc tasty gebeten - keinerlei entgegenkommen ... Sehr schlecht !
