My last visit to this restaurant was as convincing as the previous ones. We enjoyed a calf's head served in a fondue pot on a stove. It was excellent and the quantity was also there. I have already been twice. The owner is super friendly, top service, top setting in a Gruyerian village, you absolutely have to go there, everything is excellent, and a magnificent terrace. I will go back.
