We had reserved a table for 7:00 p.m., expecting a pleasant dinner. Unfortunately, the experience with the service time significantly marred our experience. Despite repeated requests and assurances that our orders would be served soon, our food only reached us at 8:45 p.m. We found the staff's explanation that 'Thursday evening is busy' not very comforting and by no means sufficient as an excuse for the long waiting time. Although the food itself was certainly impressive, the overall experience was disappointing. For a business that certainly wasn't dealing with a busy evening for the first time, such a delay seems unacceptable. It is essential that restaurants operate efficiently even on busy evenings and offer their guests satisfactory service times. Unfortunately, this expectation was not fulfilled during our visit.

The food takes a bit longer because you have to earn it yourself by cooking it out. The staff are incredibly friendly and look very chic in traditional clothing.
