I ordered a buffet dinner for 20 people, I am really delighted with Chef Alvar's performance. The Chef is very professional, organized, open and attentive! My guests and I were won over by the high quality, local cuisine, as well as the excellent service.

Alvar prepared a delicious, tasty, wonderfully well presented meal for us, at home with very original flavor combinations, such as parsnip combined with bergamot, a pure marvel! A wonderful evening for 6.

We asked Alvar to prepare a typical Latin American meal for us. He offered us excellent cuisine. Ceviche as a starter, assortments of Argentinian meats for the main course and gourmet coffee for dessert. The 10 guests were delighted and we had a great time.
