Even if you’re just passing through La Chaux-de-Fonds it is well worth stopping here. I’ve had plenty of falafel back home in the states and the falafel here was so much more fresh and not overly dried like I’m used to. Everything, including the desserts are made from scratch. Wonderful flavors and textures all around, and to top it all off, the owner was kind and easy to talk to. Thank you for the wonderful experience Chef Falafel!
