Cantonese cuisine. If you are at least human, don't go there, sexist, don't like you for your long hair. The chef compensates for his size by shouting for nothing, and his wife wonders what she's doing there. Thank you all, help businesses that deserve it ❤️

Very friendly and attentive service.

We went with a 2-year-old girl and they didn't let us sit inside even though most of the places were free, simply because we were just going to have a drink. We would have gone to eat later but we preferred not to contribute to a business with such inconsiderate service.

Food very poor. In restaurant oversalted! Yeti bar poor food too. For the money it is a joke. Such a shame!

Sadly, I order roasbeef without the fries with just the salad. Impossible, we don't change orders!

Restaurant at the edge of the slopes and at the departure of the cable cars 🚠 (and just opposite the snow garden). This restaurant is super well located and the service team is incredible! The raclette burger is delicious (too bad it was almost cold when it arrived at the table) otherwise I recommend this restaurant. You should expect a fair amount of waiting time during school holiday periods.

Don't believe the negative reviews. This was one of the best restaurants I've been to in Switzerland. The service is very good, and the food portions were very large and generous. They even handed out free lollipops to children, which was a very nice touch. Just a very positive vibe in this restaurant. I highly recommend them! The only improvement suggestion is to add a soup for starter and chocolate ice cream for dessert.

Worst coffee I have ever had. Seemed liked they used a single coffee bean to make our three cups. At least the service was quick

Deplorable reception during our last visit, there were still tables available at 2 p.m. but since we only wanted to drink hot chocolate with our 20-month-old daughter, we were “kindly” told to look elsewhere, despite the fact that we were in winter and my daughter was freezing. Too bad, it’s a place we enjoy coming to this day…

The place is well located at the foot of the slopes but that is the only positive point. In a short time, the quality unfortunately went into free fall in this once friendly establishment. The place is now a caricature of mass tourism. Not recommended for people looking for relaxation, authenticity and attentive customer service.

Chinese fondue at New Year: quality meat: beef - glariade - doe - chicken and excellent sauces.

Busy place with deserved reputation, they always look after you well even when packed. Food is excellent, we shared a fondue nature and the younger members went for chicken nuggets.

Pleasant service, reasonable prices, good quality. We really appreciate the daily specials, the carafe of water policy, and the children's menu.

We recently had a fantastic ski holiday and stayed at Chez Caroline. Our experience was nothing short of delightful. A wonderful spread of delicious options that fueled us for a day on the slopes. The attention to detail in the menu and the quality of the food truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their friendly demeanor added a personal touch to our experience. Thank you, for providing us with a remarkable stay. Idyllic setting at the foot of the slopes...breathtaking scenery. I went there in the summer for work and even in this situation, I felt on vacation..I was very well received to the point of being invited to eat..For the greatest of my regrets, I did not didn't have time to stop..But for anyone who wants and can enjoy the wonders of nature and the kindness of the staff, I highly recommend this restaurant..

Nice and classic Swiss restaurant with various dishes such as cakes, fondue and main courses. The coffee is highly recommended. The staff speaks good English and it is close to the cable car.

We had to ask for the menu in order to order, and yet the restaurant was empty. We felt like we were disturbing more than being customers enjoying the end of a day of skiing. We had desserts, the donuts were stale, the hot chocolates were cold. It had been several years since I had been here but we were very disappointed

Great family time with two young children. The waitress kindly provided something to occupy the little ones. Very attentive and the meal was very good. We will be happy to come back on our next ski trip. Thank you for everything !

For a corporate event, it was really great. Tasting with presentation of wines for lunch with fondue, I recommend.

Due to the cold temperatures, we wanted to warm up with a hot drink in the restaurant. It was after 2 p.m. in the afternoon. We were shown to a free table. When we wanted to place our drink order, we were asked to leave the restaurant and sit on the outside terrace. The restaurant is only for guests who have meals (which was not mentioned at all when the table was assigned). Not exactly hospitable - especially considering we had lunch the day before for over CHF80, plus a nice tip. Very unfortunate. In any case, we will avoid the restaurant in the future. There are enough alternatives on the ski slopes.

We realy enjoyed this bar, expecially with barman Kiéran, i really recoment it.

I went there twice in one week. The first time, I ate a beef tartare which was very good and everything went well. The second time was not up to par. After pointing out to the waitress that the ham was missing from the 3 cheese crusts that we had already started, she took the plate to the kitchen so that the chef could verify our statements and then brought it back as is . Honestly, taking the plate back to the kitchen in the middle of the meal just to check what the customer is saying is really borderline. We were cut off in the middle of the meal and the plate came back 3 minutes later (and therefore 3 minutes colder). The solution proposed was to make us a fourth crust with ham, which we refused. Really unfortunate and disappointed with this second experience.

Went there for a drink after a day on the slopes. The terrace was empty. We got refused a glass of tap water after having spent 50 CHF because water (free obviously) is only for people that order food.

For more than 30 years I have been going there to drink an aperitif when I go skiing. Still on the Terrace. Also the past 5 days. Today the waiter told me that the Terrace is only for eating and that it's always like that.....but it was the first time. It was 3 o'clock in the afternoon. The Terrace was empty. I think the waiter (with Rasta) didn't want to serve us coffee and aperitif. Damage.

My croûte au fromage was very good but my friends had the plat du jour ( a lasagna) that was not good at all, il wasn't even hot!

Friendly service, delicious food and served quickly. With four adults, it's a shame that the receipt was simply left there and the restoration specialist simply stood next to it. Nowadays it is offered to split the bill, charge it separately and then I expect this to be calculated. Otherwise tip top.

Detestable welcome from one waitress and excellent from another for a story of Schorle 😉. Apple juice is not Schorle! In the end we didn't get our Schorle but apple juice.
