Hello, a big disappointment when I came to pick up the cake for my son's 20th birthday. An order made in advance and nothing was done as requested, a special registration, nothing was done…. You can imagine the disappointment... A huge sadness and we are off on a rush search for cakes to properly celebrate my son's 20th birthday. A not at all professional boss who found no solution. Putting yourself in the customer's place is still the basis of the profession. I do not recommend people who want to do something in this bakery. Plus they are understaffed... I hope my comment helped you in your baking research. I didn't have the choice to put a ⭐️ to publish but I wouldn't have put one at all.

Yesterday I bought a flaky king cake from you to share with my family. At the first bite my grandchildren didn't want to finish it. In 36 years of sharing this tradition, we have never had such a disgusting pancake. A big thank you for the respect you have for small people like me who sacrifice to maintain a semblance of normal life in these difficult times. Fr. 28.50 in the trash and a ruined party.!!!

I had cookies on a Sunday and they were unfortunately not good, dry, they were probably several days old and I was very disappointed especially at the fairly high price per cookie. I will unfortunately not go back there again.

Bakery like in my childhood. I always want to take everything. The pastries are incredible, quality, fresh and exceptional taste! The breads are all equally better than the others. The macaroons are killer. The chocolates are exceptional. Nothing to change, it's perfect! And the staff is always welcoming, warm, kind. I absolutely recommend!!!!

I often buy my croissants, pain au chocolat and sandwiches from you... they are always very good! Usually I don't like macaroons but yours are just super good... they have flavor, well presented but their plus is that they are not too sweet... we look forward to stopping by your place again

Good evening, I asked what flavor the cake was and the saleswoman explained to me that it is salted butter caramel, once served to my guests the cake is lemon flavored 🙈a little annoying to anyone who liked it 😏 Another time she put the cake for me in a box, the cake was completely moved... fortunately I saw it and asked to change it because it was damaged when putting it in the box Too bad because I really liked going there…

I have never had such bad almond croissants! I bought them a second time to make sure I wasn't wrong, but they ended up in the trash. They are soft and wet as if they had fallen into water. I bought an iced Vacherin and the meringues tasted like cardboard, even my children didn't want them! Very bad experience.

I went today to buy dessert and macaroons. Out of the 6 macaroons, 5 the ganache had no taste. As for the salted caramel cheesecake, the caramel was borderline burnt. Very disappointed 😞

The discovery dark chocolates are delicious, however, the master chocolatier no longer offers them, I tested the standard filled dark chocolates which I found average, the dosage and balance of flavors is better with the discovery version. I also tried the passion fruit cake, chocolate with red fruit (or raspberry) which was very good. Furthermore, the one with rose macaroons is not delicious, there is too much rose flavor.

I love this bakery! The eyes and stomachs are delighted with the sandwiches, macaroons and small desserts by the piece. The staff is always very friendly and I think the prices are fair. The only small point of improvement is that I agree with some people that the cakes are often too sweet for my taste and also that of my family (we soon all tasted them 😋).

Concerns packaging of smooth chocolate, very unecological and misleading. Very heavy glass in relation to the content of only 212 ml. Lots of empty space at the bottom, therefore also misleading for the consumer. Bad for nature, because a lot of packaging related to the content. 1 star.

Alexandre in Yverdon is for me the obligatory stopover for those who like to treat themselves or please. You will find everything and for all tastes in terms of pastries, chocolates, macaroons, without forgetting small bakery items and breads of all kinds. The staff is smiling and gives good advice.

The problem with Alex is having to choose, because we want to take everything. Everything is excellent, from the meat pâté with a unique meat/jelly arrangement, to the raspberry mille-feuille, everything is excellent, really. And, the icing on the cake (!), the staff is really nice and welcoming. The absolute must would be if we could drink coffee on site... Well done to the team ;)
