Always a pleasure to come and pick up your little box of cabbage. It's a treat to enjoy them at home.

The puffs taste good but are small in size

I didn't taste the cabbages (which apparently are good). On the other hand, the coffee was nothing incredible apart from its price! 6chf. All the same. Note: We paid almost 13 chf for 2 coffees (with milk and not) which is still very expensive for what it is. At this price you can expect very good coffee or at least good coffee, which was not the case.

Chou ! The BEST éclair I ever had. Service is kind and everything seems to be made with love and fitting method. I would recommend to anyone with a good in pastries and coffee.

While walking around Geneva, we are delighted to have been able to find this café where nothing is left by chance whether in terms of taste, quality of service or atmosphere, everything was perfect! Thanks to the extreme kindness of the barista, who makes wonderful coffees… we will come back!

Savory éclairs. Magnificent idea. My éclair with fresh goat cheese was sublime. 🤤 6.50CHF, it stings a bit but good products cost more. There's no photo with any quiche in an average tea room. 🤷🏼

The coffee was great, but the eclair was OUT OF THIS WORLD. We tried the black sesame eclair, 10/10, period. The staff is very friendly and the place is super cozy too.

Nice place, but long wait for service

Really small, quaint little cafe selling coffee, baked goods, some desserts and a few sandwich options. We had a sandwich each, a chocolate eclair and a Choux. I was really impressed by the salmon sandwich, it was a little small - but it packed so much flavour and quality into a small space! The praline coffee was also really good.

it’s been a year and a half since i visited but i still remember this place and realised i didn’t leave a well-deserved review! the staff were incredibly lovely, the food was great (ask them for recommendations) and it was a sleek yet cozy space. i always recommend this place to friends visiting geneva! love from half way across the world ◡̈ hope to be back one day

Very nice and quiet little café. The coffee is very good and especially the CHOUS. They are small (so very reasonable!) with fine and interesting flavor combinations. And if we sometimes want to be really reasonable, there are always delicious chouquettes! At lunchtime, they also make very good soups and small salads which go very well with their salted cabbage

I recently had the pleasure to visit Chou, Geneve - a delightful small patisserie that offers an extraordinary selection of salt eclairs and small sweet chou with various flavors. I must say, I've never encountered such unique pastries before! My personal favorites were the "caramel beurre salé" and "noix de pécan". The food was absolutely delicious, and the service provided was top. I highly recommend Chou, Geneve to anyone seeking a delightful culinary experience!

Great concept, tasty sandwiches

Cute little cafe and WONDERFUL choux! I loved that they have boxes so I could take some home to my family!

a small gem with delicious choux ( little pastries ), they have so many flavors from salty to sweet, delicious soups and salty mini choux, tasty coffee and cold tea ! love it ! you can dine in, take out and have a quick lunch in front of the lake, or be there for the brunch ! any time and any occasions are good to jump in and enjoy new tastes.

Choux are creamier, smoother, and richer beyond expectation. Really good! However, international travelers beware that one male barista behind the counter pretended not to understand or was not really willing to communicate in English. The other female barista was much nicer and friendlier. Both could use English fluently, but the very first impression was really not a pleasant encounter. Overall, it was a cozy, nice place for a short, quick stop for coffee and sweets.

Delicious pastries (the mango passion fruit one was my favorite!). Great coffee and tea. The outdoor seating is lovely. Will be back.

They have an absurd policy that you can't even open your laptop. If I feel like reading an article, do I have to do it only in a newspaper? The rationale of a 'no-laptop' policy should be to prevent people from working there for hours without consuming, not to open the computer for the reasonable time to get a coffee. The waiters were rude. I found this ban absolutely incomprehensible and far beyond the authority they can assume on my own behaviour.

The boss himself was very rude, racist, and unfair, when we said goodbye he was very rude, apart from asking if they made toast he wanted to make fun of my very bad face, for working with the public! I don't recommend this place at all! 🤲🏼🙏🏼

Chou is one of my favorite places in Geneva to have a coffee! Coffee which is delicious and always served with a glass of water, which I particularly appreciate! Their sweet choux buns (I didn't have the chance to try the savory ones) are incredible and there are new flavors regularly! My favorite so far is matcha, I hope it comes back! But I'm already looking forward to my next visit to test new tastes!

Careful: they have a no-laptop policy during the weekend! I took my laptop out as soon as I sat down, and I was already working on it when the waiter took my order. Of course they waited until after they had served me to point out that I couldn't work there! I had to rearrange it as a takeaway in a hurry and find another place to go to (while carrying beverages from this shop!). Needless to say, I find this behavior questionable. If you see that I'm sitting down to work and you know that I can't, why wait to have my order out to tell. We are in a developed country and I'm sure it's not my 10CHF that will make a difference on your revenue. Kindness has a different face.

A place that sells delicious choux and coffee

Came here for lunch during a short stay in Geneva. Such a lovely place. Great space, great vibe, great food and coffee was 👌

I ordered lemon chou and caramel chou, the caramel chou is very delicious, i highly recommend it.also the coffee is good.

Great cosy coffee shop for a nice afternoon hot chocolate. The staff was extremelu friendly and the drinks were on point!

5/4.8 The interior of the place seemed small to me, but the door front is fine. Snacks are minimal and quality ingredients are used. The coffees are of high quality, namely arabica. I cannot say that the prices are very affordable since the prices fluctuate between euro and Swiss franc.

We went about 30mins to closing, luckily they still have some of the choux remaining. I like the caramel the most. If you buy box of 6 you get cheaper per piece. If you are in Geneva, do give them a visit 😁

The coffee and desserts here are highly recommended! The taste of hand-brewed coffee is relatively less strong. You can choose another type of beans in the store to try. The nut cappuccino is really delicious! ! ! Personally, I also like the cappuccino flavored puffs the most.

Pleasant welcome and attentive service! Discovery of praline cappuccino! Amazing ! Even if it was just that, I would go back to enjoy it again! Really delicious and I haven't tasted it anywhere else before. The menu also offers a wide choice of tea! The choux pastry sandwiches are very good and the products are quality! Seeing the classic cabbages, a little hesitation.... I feared that they would not be as tasty as those on the other side of the border and big surprise! Fondant! Great discoveries!

The café has a nice, well-appointed staff with an indoor and outdoor base. The atmosphere is nice. The best outdoor coffee. The coffee is delicious. The sweets are delicious. Choose salted caramel and flat white. The cappuccino is nice. The employee was very helpful and said, “Tishreen is going to be the best coffee I have ever brewed in Switzerland,” and it turned out to be something nice 😍🤤

The coffee at Chou is excellent. It's my go-to cafe, and the staff is friendly and kind. I'm not fluent in French and they are incredibly gracious about it.

TO FLEE !!!! We charge you if you want to share your meal in a friendly atmosphere! We wanted to share a formula: categorical refusal from the manager who charged us for the dishes individually. We wanted to test it before organizing a party for my daughter's 30th birthday. We will go elsewhere. No business sense.

The staff very rude and very unpleasant

Try the lemon Chou, or the apricot Chou. Its a nice place not too far from the beach. The coffee is good too.

The cakes are very tasty, and I can't say that the prices are very expensive. We were four people and I took advantage of one of the offers of that day, so I paid somewhere at 3 euros for each cake. They are quite large and very tasty. The atmosphere inside the location is very nice, warm, welcoming, and the hosts were rated 10. I recommend!

Avrage coffee. Thier signature dessert what makes them famous is tasty spicslly the lemon and salted caramel. Howerver, they've been a bit rude in raltion to COVIID certificate. As we've been inside three and they allow us with an international certificate. Fourth time he kicked us out and was a bit rude saying that its his shop and he free to fo what he wants and sorry if you dont understand. Even when taking an order to go he made us wait till he collected the covid certificate for all customers who were thier already to make us wait and gossip anout us in French to other custemr thinking we don't undrstand what he us saying. Apparently they are also famous of rudeness as i can see from other reviews. Anyway best of luck. Won't go back again.

Excellent products! The welcome is lovely, the cabbages are superb and even if the price is a little high, everyone was amazed by these delicious cabbages. So not the slightest regret in paying this price given the result! Special mention to the St-Honoré cabbages, Chocolate and Tonka Bean. We will gladly come back!

Avrage coffee , nice dessert however very bad service from the male staff . As he let us get into the cafe with the international covid pass 3 times and when i went for my 4th time he kicked me out as he was yelling i am not copying other shops who let u in this is the role and will not break it for you and he was shouting This is such racist behavior and also he was gossiping to other customers about me and he thought i did not understand him and i was going to take takeaway sweet and then he went to serve all the customers in the table except me as he wanted me yo go out and not to buy And he keeped me waiting for him for 15 min and everyone at the place was looking to me when he shout This is such rubbish behavior if u need to follow the role just be polite and respect ur customers i will never go back to this place And will not recommended to anyone I have been to several perfect cafe’s such as barista lab and horece and there staff have good attitude and friendly and i think if u need to business to grew u have to learn and respect other and behave

Very creative shop idea! All their pastries and sandwiches are made with chou pastry. Their salted butter caramel chou is a must try!! We are also always greeted with a smile and good vibes. :)

The concept is original, the products are beautiful and good, without being transcendent either. But the prices.... Or you have to rethink the size, but 3Frs for a cabbage the size of a golf ball.... If you make two bites with it, that's the maximum...
