Not being able to pay with a card for two purchases (bakery 8.- and coffee 8.50). Too bad because the products are good, but I'm not going to spend cash on a store)

The afternoon sketch, we spend 30chf at the bakery and after 8.60 at the tea room but hey he accepts the card from 10chf so the waitress offers me to pay 10chf with the card or to go to the ATM…. !!! You have to quickly get up to speed M Moret nowadays we even pay 50ct with our Natel a watch etc etc

One of the best places i know this place was my childhood

A customer for several years, I am disappointed to see that Moret has decided to no longer take amounts below 10 by card "except for students" and that they do not want to create a Twint account, 10 years ago years I would have understood but in 2024 no sorry. Me rushing past half a morning to buy my breakfast before taking the train, don't even imagine that I'm going to withdraw cash to buy myself a sandwich. I would go to the competition from now on.

It’s a must-see place in Rolle. We have always been satisfied and the pastries and cakes are excellent! The éclairs are great.

I have been to this candy store several times, they take a long time to serve you, they are unwelcoming or not at all. When I wanted to place my order I was told to go to the Tea-room side (which I can understand). But when I arrived, the person who should have served me told me to go look the other way because the ladies there supposedly had more time even though the Tea room was not particularly full. I think she just didn't want to serve me. Too bad, I would have liked the homemade ice cream! In short, I do not recommend this place.

Let me put our frustration in writing. We had a credit with you of 15frs. We have been to your place 4 times. Since the manager was never there, we were sent away each time by a new saleswoman who supposedly couldn't do anything for us until the last time when we discovered that she had in fact walked us around and never talked about it. our request. Moret, never again!

The tea room does not accept cards for less than 10 CHF.

The products are excellent, great to be able to taste them on site in the tea room. Unfortunately few staff, the wait is long especially on the confectionery side.

Very nice discovery, the cakes are very good! The young saleswoman present this last Sunday morning was polite, pleasant and very cheerful. However, I moderately appreciated the derogatory intervention of the manager (I suppose) towards the staff, especially in front of the customers present. I think a minimum of tact would be welcome, because it really gives a bad image of your establishment. Not sure I'll come back, except perhaps for the pretty smile of this saleswoman :)

We came this Saturday - Good products but lack of staff. The young waitress was great and very professional, which is not the case for the store manager.

Great bakery and pastry shop always well served. Tea room service is another thing. I wouldn't go back there seeing the "new" waitress as she attacked me because I asked her for my change without aggression after a wait. In short, this tea room is over for me I am a customer and not the friend of this waitress.

Thursday June 23 at 9 am. First time ever I wrote a negative review. We are very educated kind hearted and understanding. I’m writing this so the owner will hopefully correct this problem. The waitress was extremely rude several times. This is not a language barrier / misunderstanding. The bakery items are very good and the lady at the bakery is wonderful however the waitress at the tables was very rude for no reason.

Awesome products! Not great service in the tea room, lack of staff and the boss doesn't react... how sad. You must first pay for the bakery products and pay separately for the tea room products. You will have to insist on paying in one go with your bank card and if the amount is 10 francs minimum it's stupid these days. If the customer wants to pay with the card, they pay by card, that's it. But otherwise the food is very, very good.

For the moment I haven't found a better pastry. These pastry chefs are very strong. I like white chocolate pastry but honestly there isn't one that's a little worse than another. It's not really my type to recommend a pastry shop but this one is worth a visit.

Apart from the bread and pastries which are good, the employee with the glasses can quickly become impatient when the customer's head does not suit her!!!!!!!!! She's a hypocrite as soon as we turn our backs, what is she getting involved in?!
