The Ciclosport team has repeatedly repaired my bike in the past. But now the time had come that I needed a new one. After I was able to take two models for a test ride yesterday, I made my decision and was able to pick up my new Orbea mountain bike today. The service quality has always remained consistently high over the years and the whole team puts their heart and soul into it. You feel that immediately. It is already the 5th bike that I have bought from Ciclosport.

Very expensive. I wanted to spontaneously bleed the brakes on my bike and install new pads. The bill was a bit outrageously expensive: bleeding about 60.- changing the pads about 30.- material about 40.-. But what actually annoys me the most is that changing the pads is charged additionally, even though the pads actually have to be removed when they are vented. To me it feels like a rip off. Addendum: July 18, 2023 After the owner contacted me, the whole thing turned out to be an error in the invoicing and the overpaid amount was refunded easily.

I have already bought another Orbea bike from Ciclosport. This time customized Orbea Terra M31. And I think my gravel looks great. I am also satisfied with the service since it is my second purchase.

By far best bike shop on the Zurichsee coast! Great service… finally got the feeling of not being ripped off when getting the bike serviced! Great coffee corner too!

Large selection of bikes and accessories and good, very friendly service. Also do bike repairs. Ciclosport is not only a very good bike shop but also a cozy coffee bar with seating.

Nice staff, but don't take credit cards. You can also lease individual bicycles for this purpose.

Was there briefly for KUOTA, which he only has a limited amount of. But an extremely beautiful Kuota Kryon frame Team Cofidis - reduced! I got tools there to fix the handlebars again (the Seestrasse is just bad at the moment). I was also given good advice regarding other small issues that I had with the bike. Was very friendly, great in my opinion. Thank you very much Ciclosport. Gladly again.

That's what I call service! An appointment was made, the bike was picked up from the front door (actually carried from the basement) and returned the same day. The details of the repairs were discussed well before and after and I am also satisfied with the price. It couldn't be better! I'm looking forward to spring if it comes again this year.

The repair of my bike was not completed professionally. I had to find the fault myself because no test drive was made after the repair, although a test drive was charged. Unacceptable for me and not recommended.
